The master bedroom is very spacious and light-filled, decorated with antique Slovenian oak furniture, a King-size bed, LCD HDTV, satellite TV and WiFi, and a desk; the second bedroom has rustic style furniture, a Queen-size bed and a Twin bed. Open kitchen connected to the dining room by a “breakfast bar”, table to accommodate four people; excellent heating for winter and air conditioner for summer. A remodeled and modern kitchen equipped with microwave oven and a fridge/freezer, a gas cook, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, blender, complete accessories. Fully equipped bathroom with quality details; the price includes quality towels, excellent cotton sheets, and cleaning service and linen change once a week. The apartment is exceptionally located, just a few blocks from "Abasto de Buenos Aires" Shopping Center. For those who would like to move and go over the city on a bicycle, the apartment is very close to the bicycle rental centers of Buenos Aires City Government. Visitors can also take the Metro. Line "B" takes them directly to the “Obelisco”, the historic center and the theaters on Corrientes Street in ten minutes. Those who want to enjoy dinning at the restaurants and bars in the Palermo area can go on foot or take a taxi for a five-minute ride. "Airport and Guest Security": We know that arriving in a city for the first time raises some doubts about how to move and travel from the airport. This is why we have entered into a price and service agreement with a private company to securely take our guests from the airport to the apartment, so that they can start enjoying and relaxing from the minute they arrive in the country.

The location is excellent, one block from Shopping mall Alto Palermo, near Santa Fe Ave, with excellent restaurants, cafes, cinemas, video stores and easy access to Recoleta, Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho. This location offer easy access to everywhere in the city, by subway, bus, car rental or taxis. The apartment is located in the first floor with a total of 8 apartments in the whole building. This construction has very high ceilings, with ornate plaster work and an original Pinotea Norwegian wooden floor, which creates an extremely warm and homely feel to the apartment. Includes entrance hall, separate lounge and dining room, a master bedroom with a luxury queen size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. There is also a second floor loft style bedroom with a small bathroom. The kitchen has been refurbished in a modern Argentine style. Includes Wi-Fi, Satellite HD TV, Sony Stereo Sound, DVD, Air condition, heaters .and every small amenity to feel comfortable as in your home. The maximum published is for five. However, it should be noted that there are two futons in the living area suitable for having extra guests during your stay in Buenos Aires.
