This comfy cottage was designed and built with short-term rental in mind with special features and amenities not typically found in your average listing. Your private entrance welcomes you to a 700 sq. ft. space you can call your own with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The space is ideal for 2 people but can easily sleep up to 4. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

Uniquely cozy with all the amenities of home but in a cottage up on Cooper Mt. Where you are surrounded by trees , feel the breezes, sunrise and sunset in the same day, and sometimes the wonderful wildlife around us. Birds in the sky , rabbits and sometimes deer, and yes our two friendly goats. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.

Our little cottage is 280sqft with its own entrance and parking. It is a studio with a kitchenette and features a full bathroom with a large shower. We have a full size Murphy bed for 2 as well as a sofa. Our bernedoodle, Alyena, and our cats are always eager to welcome you. The dog is quite vocal but super friendly and just wants you to throw the ball for her, preferably all day long. We’re flexible about check in, just message us.
