It has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Downstairs you will find Revived & Company, our antique and artisan's shop with 50+ local vendors. We are minutes from the hospital ; 35 miles from Penn State University; 20 miles from the Elk County Visitor Center and located in the beautiful PA Wilds!

Located at The Cozy Corner in the heart of Boalsburg's Historic Village District, this lovely 2nd floor apartment has a homey/traditional feel and very comfortable. Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.
