The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Cute and Spacious Modern Home for Large Groups

Bring the whole family to this family friendly home! Huge open rooms with lots of space for fun. At just 20 minutes from Galveston, this is a great pet-friendly home for trips to the beach and for so many of the activities nearby. Check out the huge living room, large kitchen, and super clean atmosphere. We have 3 great bedrooms, and two bathrooms for large groups. We are hosting for a minimum of 3 nights. 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Downtown Alvin Texas. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (+under bed) and a sofa bed. Washer and drier in the apartment. Full kitchen and living room. Cable and high speed internet. Plenty of space to park in front of apartment. The property surrounded by tall trees in a quiet street. There's a pool table upstairs for family fun. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, counter top, and stainless appliances. There's a gas grill downstairs with picnic table and sand toys for the kids to enjoy family time on the beach. This three bedroom, three bath home is a true treasure.

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
