The Garden Bed & Breakfast is located in the small friendly village of Over Haddon, just 2 miles from the town of Bakewell in the beautiful Peak District National Park. We are just 6 miles from Chatsworth House so ideally situated for attending their events, Haddon Hall is 4 miles away. Our Bed & Breakfast overlooks the Lathkill Dale, a lovely nature reserve with walks to both Monyash and Youlgrave. We offer a friendly personal service and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. Spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. Breakfast includes cereals, orange juice, toast yogurts. Cooked breakfasts by prior arrangement £6.50/head. We provide a friendly and relaxed environment.

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Bridleways is situated in a private, quiet, semi-rural setting, off the B6030 between Mansfield and Ollerton, just on the edge of the village of Clipstone and close to Sherwood Pines and Sherwood Forest in beautiful Nottinghamshire. Bed & breakfast accommodation is provided in the main building which fronts the extensive private grounds. Self-catering is available in the 3 acres behind the Guest House in either the Ploughman's Cottage or our stunning holiday homes.
