It is the heart next to grande place, the shopping street, restaurants ( I happen to own three as well in this street). Everything is close by. Delirium pub, the manneken piss, chocolate factory, place de la monnaie, malls, metro, taxis and even a parking place behind the building. It is super ideal for couples and families who want to profit enjoying the heart of Europe for some days.

Brand new double beds, new mattresses, new sofa, new kitchen, nice decor. Bathrooms include shower and toilet. Towels provided, bed sheets provided always. I own restaurants in this street so customers are welcome to eat all the traditional belgian specialities and pizza pasta and even breakfast from 10:30am until 24:00 midnight. There is security electric automatic door with code.
Beau studio à proximité de la grand placeAppartement dans un quartier calme et propre. Situé à L'arrêt Madou ( métro) et à l'arrêt " presse " pour les 4 bus. ( 29, 66, 63, 65 ). La grand place et la gare central sont très prôche.
