I absolutely love Yvonne’s place. The neighborhood is so peaceful and picturesque. The guest house feels cozy, clean and welcoming. I love the decor and the colors are harmonious. The dehumidifier keeps the air nice & perfect. The bed is absolute perfection.

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Had an amazing night followed by a beautiful sunrise for a great price. Place was spacious and clean and host provided clear instructions on how everything worked !

This place was perfect for me and my husband! We spent the weekend here for a wedding and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a close walk to everything we needed and very clean! The host was amazing with instructions and quick to respond. There is also a house manual that has a lot of great information and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We look forward to staying with Coco again!!

Karolyn was super accommodating and responsive! The space was clean, in a great location, and had everything you could need for a little beach getaway! Will be visiting again!

Highly Recommend Abby’s Place! We had such a great stay. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—and I especially appreciated that it was completely clutter-free. No random “beach life” signs or knick-knacks, just clean, comfortable, and well-designed space. It felt freshly updated and had all the extras, like a clothing steamer, blender, and plenty of Keurig coffee pods :) The location was perfect—super peaceful and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. We stayed with my 8-year-old and my mom, and it was the perfect setup for a family trip. Abby was incredibly responsive—when we needed an extension cord, she dropped one off the same day. We had the best time and would absolutely stay again!

Cozy and clean place, which had all the ammenities we could possibly need during our stay. Angela was quick to reply, and everything went very smoothly.

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week and a half. We felt right at home from the onset, spacious and well set up home!

Location was excellent….. easy & accessible walk to beachfront. Room was in new/near new condition…. everything worked well. Just the right amount of space for 3 night stay….. patio made for relaxing spot. Will visit again.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Eric’s place was good for the time we were there. The area is a bit sketchy, that’s the only bad thing I can say about it.

Beautiful place to stay! Sean is very responsive and the place was just as it looked in the photos. The king bed was very comfortable. There was some wear and tear on the outside balcony at the bottom of the railing, so we did not let the kids go out there. The condo is in the main building which made it very easy to get to the pool and in and out. Overall it was a great experience and we’d stay there again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Thank you Paulo for allowing us to stay at your condo. We love the location of it - it was a beautiful drive to it within a gated community. It was easy to get in yet there are shops (Publix) right outside the gated community. The view from the balcony was a great way to start the day. Paulo provides detailed, easy to follow instructions to get the key and into the condo.
