The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos, just 10 mins away from the Guruvayur temple. Sanil was a great host and extremely affable. We reached the place at 2am in the middle of the night and Sanil was there waiting to receive us. The place was kept very clean and all the said amenities worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend for any family visiting Guruvayur.

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It can accommodate good number of people. Sufficient aminities are provided such as extra beds, pillows, soaps, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The location is peaceful.

Feel-like-home property. Less than 2 kms drive to Guruvayoor temple. Well maintained house and a very responsive host who had given clear instructions beforehand itself. Any subsequent queries were also answered immediately.

Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills
