Great space! So convenient to everything. Quiet stay and easy to get in and settled.

Rhonda and Clay were kind, nice hosts. Easy access, ease of parking, and great lake view off the balcony. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful place on the lake I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Dawn was an amazing host and I’ll definitely be back this summer.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Great place to stay. Location was excellent and peaceful. Host communicated exceptionally well. Condo was very clean.

Would definitely come back for another stay here. Susan was extremely accommodating and provided us with snack and drinks upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and view from the back porch of the lake. Super clean and comfortable space.

Lovely place - all the rooms were much larger than expected! Neat and clean too! My only complaint would be the weather because we didn’t get to enjoy the lake and dock - the porch is great in the rain though!

Anna and her husband Tom were amazing hosts. The surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous and the fall colors from the trees reflecting off lake Norris provided the necessary backdrop myself, and our friends truly needed to R.E.L.A.X. Every night was a great night of sleep. We took advantage of Winrock UTV trails which was another great experience. The large farm style table was a perfect spot to reconnect and share a meal with many of my friends from across the country. The dock was amazing as well we all needed up in the fridges water. It was just too tempting not to jump in or use the adult size slide. Nothing like a bunch of middle aged men acting like kids again. Thank you Anna and Tom for a great time and checking in on us via text to make sure we were satisfied. We look forward to another trip in the near future.

We absolutely loved this place for our adult friend get away. Plenty of extra room if we have the chance to return with kiddos. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. Furniture was comfortable and the outside space was great. We spent lots of time out on the patio, around the fire and swimming by the dock when we weren’t boating.

Our group had a great stay. Our only disappointment was that it was winter time and we couldn't enjoy the lake more! But the house was amazing and was a great home base for mountain biking in the local area. Loved it!

A very beautiful place with great views. Sliding doors were a bit hard to open and close. Temps were in the low 90s and the AC system did not keep up. Had temp set to 74 and temps would reach 79 by mid day making the upstairs bedroom unusable as it took too long to cool off at night. Luckily there were only 3 of us and we used the two downstairs bedrooms. This definitely needs to be addressed for larger families that need the upstairs room. The boat dock area was dusty, dirty and had bird droppings all over the furniture. We cleaned it up ourselves to make it useful. The dock area is definitely not maintained. Besides these things, this place is in a beautiful location with beautiful scenery. We still give it 5 stars because of this. The house was very clean with nice amenities.

this place was amazing. the house is huge with plenty of room for people, didn't know it had 2 kitchens and grills which made making dinners great, the dock was awesome with awesome views and no wake cove. communication with Cara was awesome and she went above and beyond for us and our group of jet skiers and boaters with any issues we had from before time of booking till the day we left and everything in between. the walk to and from the dock was the only challenging thing for our group but we still made do! I can't say enough good about this place, or the homeowner. we had a night where the electric to the dock wouldn't work, and we got ahold of Cara and she wanted to send an electrician out on emergency call for us. we told her we didn't need it but was highly impressed with her taking the initiative that quick. 10/10 for this place. would give it an 11/10 if there wasn't so many steps haha

Had an amazing stay! Everything was super clean and it was very spacious. It’s a great location for everything!

Great location for our Dollywood trip! We were able to walk to souvenir shops and restaurants, and it was super easy to find. We all slept fine. It was quiet, and the river was peaceful. We were happy to see an elevator, since we were on the 5th floor. Overall, we had a great family trip!

Perfect location, and space for the weekend. 10/10 would recommend.

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

Absolutely wonderful ! Only disappointment was there is no indoor pool & the outdoor pools are not open in the winter months. The condo itself was absolutely perfect along with the host.

We absolutely loved our stay at River Dreams. Hosts we're amazing and very responsive. The condo felt so comfy and relaxing. The balcony was so nice to have with beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place was immaculate! The kitchen was well organized and easy to work in. We felt at home from the first moment with all the thoughtful touches. I often feel like rentals and hotel rooms are too dark, but the lighting was excellent here—and ceiling fans! Loved staying here.
