The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

The Pool House at Caves Beach

Bali-inspired poolside studio nestled in tropical gardens, with a private leafy outlook, separate entry and exclusive use of the sparkling saltwater pool. Fully self-contained, it is within easy walking distance of the patrolled beach, local shops & cafe and Caves Beachside Hotel. Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 8 people, and furry friends (pets).

Private granny flat

A tree change and sea change all in one. Medowie is the place of tall trees and is only a 30 minute drive from picturesque Nelson Bay. Newcastle airport is a 10 minute drive away and Newcastle city is only a 40 minute drive or a 5 minute ferry ride from the Stockton ferry terminal. A great way to avoid the drive into town, the ferry terminal is a short 20 minute drive from Medowie and Stockton beach is also a great place for beach activities.
