This second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers completely unobstructed Gulf views and the rare feeling of being almost directly on the water. Welcome to Carissa Loft A, your completely private half of a beachside duplex on AMI! The duplex is designed back-to-back, meaning you have your own private indoor/outdoor spaces, entrance & pool-No shared amenities! Loft A includes: 1pm CHECK IN, 3 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen, 2 living spaces, balcony, heated/cooled cocktail pool & 6 person golf cart included w/stay! Ideal for up to 6 guests. Need more space? You can book both sides for larger groups while still enjoying separate living areas.

"Dream Away" at The Beach Dreams Resort

Dream-away is the top right unit with one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dish washer and a balcony facing Gulf Drive. This unit has a wonderful beach front view. The balcony is not on the Gulf Side. If you are interested in renting beach chairs, umbrella and a golf cart, please let us know. Two chairs and one umbrella are 25/day. We will drop off and pick up. Golf Cart can be rented for the day or the week. One small to mid size car is allowed on premises. Ask about larger cars.

Do you love the beach?

Seaside Sanctuary is the ground floor unit of a beachfront duplex. It is the 2nd house from the beach with no roads to cross. The front yard is thirty steps from one of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located on a quiet residential street near the north end of the island. The front porch is a great place to watch the sunset. The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We welcome well behaved dogs and have a fully fenced yard for your pup to play.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍
