Excellent location and a perfect Airbnb experience! Spacious, super clean, had everything you could need. Would be comfortable for a long stay. Walkable to tons of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, yet on a quiet peaceful street that feels safe even at night. Would absolutely stay here again.

location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

I had a great stay at Addisu’s place! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully updated with modern features. Addisu was a responsive and accommodating host, especially with check-in and check-out times. The location, right next to Walmart and the free parking available are great perks! The neighborhood reflects the area’s affordability, with occasional noise at night due to police sirens, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Overall, an excellent value for D.C.

I had an extended work trip for a month, and it was easy to feel right at home. Loved walking into fresh flowers, great snacks, and a beautiful, clean space— exactly as pictured! For extended stays, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and everything you may need. Richard even had a cleaning service scheduled halfway through my stay, which was a great refresh and reset for the second half of the trip. I have nothing but great things to say. The area is quiet, residential and walkable. Will definitely be keeping Richard’s place in mind for the future!

Very nice place in great area. Everything was very easy and clean. Tom had a parking permit ready for my car for the street parking. Building was very easy to get in and out of. Plenty of towels and good kitchen! Overall my friends and I had a great time. Felt at home for a few days!

Die Unterkunft war super für unseren Aufenthalt in Washington geeignet. Die Zimmer sind schön hergerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Auch eine Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden und Pouya hat uns prima dabei unterstützt. Falls wir wieder in Washington sein sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Check in was easy with a lock pad. Updated with clean kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Friendly host. Would return and recommend to others.

The house is perfect, wonderful location close to the Capitol and the Mall, the house itself is charming, cosy and comfortable, with an outdoor space, and in a lovely neighborhood of old row houses. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay at Maggie's place again one day!

I have stayed at this Airbnb with a friend many times, and it is truly the nicest place I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The home is cozy and inviting, and Mehrdad and Anna are the sweetest and most kind people. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

Stayed at Isin’s home while doing business in the area. Great location that is walkable to Old Town Alexandria where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this location.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.
