The area in front of the cottage is weedy and not conducive to swimming The cottage is "Up North" and there may be swans, other waterfowl and wildlife present at the property during your stay. This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)
