Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt auf der anderen Seite der breiten Terrasse an der Vorderseite der Villa, ebenfalls mit eigenem Badezimmer, Ankleidezimmer und grossen Panoramafenstern. Die beiden weiteren Suiten befinden sich auf der Rückseite der Villa, eine auf der oberen und eine auf der unteren Etage. Die gelungene Architektur sorgt dafür, dass auch diese Zimmer eine hervorragende Aussicht bieten. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen Balkon mit Meeresblick. Diese Zimmer sind jeweils mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und können mit zwei zusätzlichen Einzelbetten versehen werden. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kochinsel und der angrenzende Essbereich dienen als geselliger Gemeinschaftsraum - wieder mit Blick über das Wasser.
