Ana-Maria is an amazing host. Communication was prompt, very pleasant, clear and easy. The place very clean, quiet and relaxing. I stayed for 3 nights and it was just what I needed to relax and finish the project I was working on. Ana-Maria was so kind and flexible with check in and check out, I didn't need to wonder the streets or wait in a restaurant. I highly recommend this place and I'm sure, I'll be back ❤️❤️❤️

Un apartament modern, drăguț aranjat și foarte primitor ! Are loc de parcare cu bariera, e foarte aproape de malluri și zona e destul de liniștită. Ne-a plăcut, cu siguranță vom mai sta aici dacă vom mai avea drum prin Arad !

Am stat aici doua nopți și am găsit tot ce aveam nevoie. Gazda ne-a oferit toate necesitățile în bucătărie, precum sare și piper, cafea și vase potrivite pentru gătit, la fel și în baie, cu produse precum bețișoare de urechi, dischete demachiante și chiar o trusa de prim ajutor. Patul și canapeaua au fost foarte comode, ferestrele mari și mobila/decorațiunile alese cu gust. De asemenea, pozitia a fost perfectă pentru tot ce am vrut sa vizitam pe jos. Per total, a fost o experiență ideală și ne-am bucura sa avem ocazia sa revenim aici!

On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de cinq semaines dans ce confortable et joli studio. Son emplacement nous a permis aussi de profiter de toutes les services et attractions que le centre ville peut les offrir. Bon service et communication avec le proprio et Mme Dorina. Un gros Merci ! On y retournera sans hésiter ! On recommande !

Foarte curat, aproape de absolut orice ți-ai putea imagina, ușor de găsit locația, iar gazda foarte prietenoasă și de ajutor! Un mare plus balconul de pe care se vede apusul tare fain! :)

Gazda prietenoasa, raspuns prompt la mesaje. Locatia corespunde descrierii, o alegere fb pt noi, o familie cu 3 copii, care s-au bucurat de ratele din curte, pisicute, si au jucat footbal pe iarba desculti . Am stat 2 nopti si ne-am simtit foarte bine

Absolutely fantastic place. Lots of parking space available, within walking distance (5 minutes) from the university, located right next to grocery store, child's park, and city walking path/park. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we could!

Both the area and the location were gorgeous. The place is well maintained, fully equipped, the environment is very pleasant and the host was nice. The perfect place to relax and recharge, with a hot tub included. I highly recommend this place!

Apartament modern, curat, locatie foarte buna, gazda primitoare

We stayed for 3 nights, 5 people: 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby, it was enough space for what we needed. We didnt spend too much time in the house as we were visiting some relatives but for what we wantet it was great! Very clean and new. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Great host and wonderful listing. It is the 3rd time when we are booking this place because has a good location. Looking forward for the 4th time. Totally recommend!
