Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms are supplied with washing products & toilet rolls. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars. On request and with enough notice, there maybe a possibility to accommodate one more guest at a cost of £45 per night.

This open-plan house is arranged for living and working during extended stays in Cambridge. The ground floor offers flexible, open-plan space for remote work, reading and quiet evenings. It works best for professional or academic visitors, couples and small families. The house has three bedrooms and is most comfortable for up to four guests or larger families (by prior agreement where the sleeping arrangements are suitable). Fast Wi-Fi, shops, cafés and University access are all close by.

Unwins House cottage is a renovated space offering one double bedroom, open planned living/dining and a separate Shower room. We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
