Mr. Robert was a great host and even when my daughter got very ill and we cut our trip short he was very understanding and even checked on us the next day to make sure she was ok and that we made it home safely. The cottage was just so beautiful and comfortable it felt like we were just at home …

The site is beautiful. Walking trails and next to the cafe which has amazing food! It’s in the middle of Mena and Waldron so expect to drive 25-30 to town. But if you’re looking for an affordable place thats clean and an amazing host then look no further. There are also nearby ATV and jeep trails. Lots of fishing places and recreation sites in the forest/mountains. And the views!!! Absolutely stunning. We went for a wedding and had 8 people with us. It was an amazing stay!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. Our stay was wonderful. We saw a gorgeous woodpecker and three beautiful deer--who snuggled into the leaves right outside the bedroom window! Easy access to amenities for a quick grocery grab with a Walmart up the road in Missouri for other sundries. Cozy, functional, and a great choice for a family. We weren't here for mountain biking but did see several folks taking advantage of the trail right down the hill from this house. Perfect balance: clean, cheery home nestled in serene natural setting.

We had a great stay at Riverbend! We were getting married while staying there and the hosts were kind enough to leave us a gift and a congratulatory card! So very thoughtful. The space was clean and tidy, and there were clear instructions left for check out. Would 10/10 recommend!

Salome Is the best of the best hosts. We visited Bentonville for my husband to ride the mt bike trails, and was looking for a rental that was close to trails, and this house is perfect. Communication is very clear, instructions for everything so checking in is quick and easy. The house is very thoughtfully laid out and decorated. You immediately feel welcomed into the cozy space. The house is immaculate. Everything is set up in a very welcoming vibe. We ate some simple meals in, and the kitchen was stocked for us to do that easily. Pillows, blankets and towels were plentiful and easily found. From luggage racks to night lights, games and snacks- hosts that think of every detail are not the norm. Salome is a seasoned host and makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. She checked in on us a couple of times, just to make sure we didn't have any needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bentonville and hope to return again, and hope to stay with Salome again.!

My family and I loved our time at this wonderful home! The view of the mountain was spectacular and we enjoyed taking the stairs down into the lake (great workout and great immersion in the trees). The inside was very thoughtful and the hot tub was a dream. Our dog had a wonderful time as well exploring the fenced area. We also appreciated the use of soaps from the local Bathhouse Soapery in the bathrooms. We loved the scents so much, we went into town and bought a bunch of products to take back home. Overall, a gorgeous location and home.

We had a great stay! The place was easy to find, in a great location, very clean, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It was well-decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and all the pre-check-in information was clear and helpful. No problems at all — highly recommend!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

We had a great time at the exchange. Accommodations were as advertised and a great little spot for our romantic get a way! We asked for an early check in after arriving early in town the owners quickly responded and were able to meet our request. Great location in town right next to free or paid parking and located in quick walking distance to the bath houses restaurants and all bath house row has to offer. We will definitely stay again!

Heidi reached out of me the morning before I checked in and was very responsive to my texts and phone calls. Her blue house was is small but provided plenty of room for our stay. We were disappointed that there was no TV available. But, this gave us time to read.

We love this place. I have rented it several times now. I have actually postponed a trip because it wasn’t available. It’s perfect for us. Can’t say enough good things about it. Clean, comfy, great location. Tamara is friendly and responsive. It’s always the place I want to rent when we come to Mena. We will be back!

Holly's place is exactly what we needed for a few days of get away. The house was very clean and on a great plot of land. Although there are other cabins on the property, you have a good feeling of seclusion. Fishing in the pond and wandering the property was very fun and scenic. I would recommend this place for a couple or a pair of couples for a few nights.

Absolutely perfect! Everything we wanted. Private, right on a gorgeous creek and super cozy. The horses beside the cabin were a wonderful surprise, we enjoyed watching them play. The deck over the creek and sitting area on the rocks is just beautiful. So quiet and calm. Loved listening to the birds. Wish the bridge was finished while we were there so we could explore more, but we will be back! Had everything you could need or want in the cabin for cooking and enjoying the outdoors. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

This weekend was planned out of no where and we were worried we wouldn’t find a place to stay! We found this little Gem and couldn’t have been happier from the price, the location, the privacy and amenities. It was perfect for our little get away between the 4 of us. The beds were clean, comfortable and felt right at home, the house when you walked in smelled so clean it was so inviting, the super easy to follow instructions were super great to make sure we did what we could to help with staying there! Having the go tub and looking out at the sunset just made all the good, fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better place! 10/10 recommendation! Will definitely keep this on the list for future trips!

We had a great time! The view was incredible. This beautiful cabin had everything we needed and more to enjoy our time away. It was also comfortable and very clean. A lot of thought went into the furnishings and accommodations. It was a home away from home. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of dishes, bedding and towels for our family. Our host was attentive, responsive and helpful. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Petit Jean. Thank you Mary Ruth!

Super cute cabin with lots of space! Was super clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location to town

Nice cabin with good surroundings. It is a good nature scene, but keep in mind the cabin is a bit near the road, so you can see cars through the trees from your balcony. Just letting anyone know in case you are looking for 100% remote. Still a very nice cabin and good hosts and plenty of nature things to do.

We came to the Buffalo River area to do some hiking. Unfortunately, it rained and rained (flash floods) the entire time we were there. However, the cabin was so nice and comfortable that we ended up having a very relaxing and enjoyable time anyway. Just as it’s described, the cabin is in a very secluded and peaceful area. The trees and foliage were absolutely beautiful. (We were there in April) The dogwoods and redbuds were in full bloom. Probably because of the heavy rains, we had a waterfall right out our back door. The wrap around porch was perfect for grilling and soaking in the scenery even though it was pouring down rain. Toni had pretty much everything you would need throughout the house. Basic food stuffs in the kitchen. (Seasonings, coffee, butter, condiments, etc.) The bathroom was fairly well stocked with all the typical personal hygiene items that you might need if you accidentally forgot something. We would certainly stay here again.

Very quaint and extremely nice cabin in the woods. Definitely "out in the sticks" and no others close by. Large patio, outdoor fireplace, pond etc. Pictures are accurate. Inside is comfortable for 6 adults plus a few kids. (2 bedrooms, plus loft with 2 beds) . Rustic and comfortable. Definitely recommended. Be advised the gravel road to the cabin has many ruts and potholes. While 4WD is not needed, you will need decent ground clearance on your vehicle.
