As always, we enjoyed our stay at the loft. Secure parking and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. It had all that we needed for our stay.

The location was perfect for us to get to SAU & to church. Parking under the carport was convenient, especially during all of the rain. The hospitality was superb!

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay! The location was perfect and conveniently situated near great restaurants and shopping, which made everything super accessible. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Little Rock and looking for a relaxing, modern space to stay

We loved this spot! Was easy to get into for those in my party with mobility issues too. The pool and lake access was harder for them, but would be great for most people. The unit was spacious (also good for wheelchairs/walkers) and had a nice deck and good-sized kitchen. Great access to the rest of Lake Hamilton & Hot Springs as well! There seemed to be a little problem with housekeeping as it was not pristine, but we managed just fine and would stay there again!

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

We went down for a weekend of horse racing and had a ball! The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The unit is sitting right on the lake and the view is perfect! I definitely think this unit is underpriced for what you get and I’m a SuperHost saying that. I will definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Kristin!!!

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

My wife and I were looking for a nice place to relax and celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and this place did not disappoint. It was relaxing and close to all the main attractions we were interested in. The view of Lake Hamilton was awesome. The basket of snacks was a nice touch and very thoughtful. Although not a large condo, it was just right for a couple wanting to get away from it all for a few days and enjoy each other's company. Everything was as described on the website. I hope we can come back and stay one of these days. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.

We were pleasantly surprised by the view and activities available. The condo was perfect for our needs. Sure, it wasnt the most up-to-date, but it felt like a home away from home. We would recommend it!

Had another great trip with the sisters. The house was perfect for the three of us. There is plenty of space and the amenities are excellent. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy some time outside on the patio. Once again, Renee was always quick to communicate. We hope to stay here again.

There were so many things we absolutely loved about this house!!! The location to U of Ark. was unbelievable. Right off MLK, which was such a plus! The house was cozy, clean, and very spacious! We had the porch doors open during the rainstorms and snuggled in for old movies late at night! All the extras you need at an AirBnB we had! Can’t wait to stay again soon! This is probably my favorite house we have stayed at in Fayetteville!

My mother and I had a great stay over the weekend. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive even providing some local recommendations. it was lovely to be able to open the back patio door to let the breeze in and listen to the birds sing. We will definitely come back in the future—highly recommend!
