Room #5/6 includes 2 king bedrooms along with a private bathroom. Common areas include a 1st and 2nd floor living room (where the complimentary light breakfast is available), dining room, a 50' covered porch overlooking downtown and the French Broad River, a game room and fire pit. A short walk from charming, walkable Main Street with its riverside cafes, restaurants, shops and brewery, and only 25-minutes from downtown Asheville, the Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Two-level unit with windows facing Broadway Street, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and a large living/dining area. It sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (both with King beds), both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the two bedrooms/bathrooms is on an upstairs mezzanine level. The main level bathroom has a roll-in shower. Kitchen and laundry appliances are ADA-compliant. Center island has 4 barstools and large custom dining table seats 6.

A 1936 Georgian Revival, Peri Social House is NC's Smallest Boutique Hotel. This first floor room has accessible access, a king bed and large bathroom. Spend slow mornings at our public coffee shop or enjoy a nice selection of craft beer and wines at the public parlour.
