Beautiful place in a beautiful location. It's peaceful and quiet. The deck is great to hang out on and for grilling. Everything is as advertised. It's not fancy, but a great place to stay for a few days or a week if you really want to get away from things.

We enjoyed this property. Such a great place for a little weekend get away. A short hike up the hill makes for a beautiful view as well as the back porch view. Nice and tucked away in the woods. Curvy roads, but mostly paved. There is a fireplace on the back porch for a nice cozy night fire. Would recommend staying here. When we arrived we were greeted by Gwen and Greg and a personalized sign with our name on it.

Absolutely beautiful home! I loved doing my morning yoga in the sunroom with the perfect view of the mountains. My husband and I spent a lot of time outside on the patio and nearby hiking trail, then relaxed on the couch to watch the sunset. Thank you for beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Our family reunion of 7 recently spent a wonderful and relaxing 4 night stay at "276 Roberts".   The home interior was beautiful and provided for lively competition on the pool table.  The hot tub & fire pits (2!) were used daily.  The well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, dining area with dramatic views to the south/west offered the perfect spot for us all to enjoy home cooked meals.  Even though the location was central to many favorite spots; Jump Off Rock, Hendo Shops/Restaurants/Breweries/Cideries & AVL airport, many hours were spent just sitting on the expansive porches that offered panoramic views of the beautiful WNC mountains.  The morning fog across the mountain ridges and flora/fauna  (blooming native 'orange' azaleas), formed a backdrop like no other AirBnB that we have experienced.  Dan & Jacqueline were very helpful in answering any questions and we appreciated their welcoming communications. We look forward to a return to '276' or any of their other properties!

Would highly recommend Joe's AirBnB and would absolutely stay again! The home is extremely comfortable, exactly matches the photos and description, and has stunning views of the mountains. It is in such a beautiful, peaceful spot! The AirBnB was spotless, and Joe was an incredibly responsive and helpful host! My family had such a lovely time!

Beautiful and spacious home with fabulous mountain views. Well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Eve's cabin and she had it decorated pefectly for the holidays. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook family size meals for 6. Plenty of room to relax and watch movies in front of the cozy fireplace. Comfortable beds and the views from all parts of the cabin were amazing. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. Eve was great at communicating, quick to respond, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Christy’s place was a perfect choice for my trip. The home is absolutely charming and well-decorated. The photos of the mountain view don’t do it justice, and I loved waking up to it every morning. The deck is enormous and is a great spot for breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. The location was about as good as it gets. It feels secluded, but the grocery store, interstate and downtown Waynesville are just minutes away. Without question, I would stay here again.
