If you want to stop time and enjoy that well-deserved rest and that disconnection that you are looking for, we are your destination. Located in Pido (Cantabria), in the heart of Picos de Europa, 5 minutes from Fuente Dé, but in a haven of peace and surrounded by a rural environment where time does not pass, where you can stroll through its streets or delve into the forests that surround the town itself and immerse yourself in the magic of its sounds, smells and sensations. 2-storey apartment, very spacious and bright with a very careful and pleasant decoration, ideal for a couple with 2 children, 4 adults, a couple... It has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower on the upper floor and a fully equipped open kitchen, living room, full bathroom and dining room with terrace. A 5-minute walk through a forest, we arrive at the town of Espinama where you will find a supermarket, a shop selling typical products and restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. If you want to enjoy the mountain doing some other excursion, we can inform you about the best routes. Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per pet per night. Payment will be made upon check-in and please advise prior to arrival.

Espectacular y amplio piso en la zona centro

Apartamento totalmente reformado, primeras calidades, 3habitaciones muy amplias, gran almacenaje y espacio de trabajo individual. El salón es un espacio abierto que cuenta con una estupenda terraza exterior, sofá de 4+2 plazas, smart TV Sony, WIFI a 1Tb de velocidad y todo lo necesario para disfrutar. La cocina está completamente equipada y posee todos los utensilios. El edificio cuenta con ascensor y se encuentra situado en una calle muy tranquila, céntrica y con todos los servicios necesarios

Se alquila ático,luminoso,limpio, totalmente equipado con wifi y zona de trabajo,en una de las mejores zonas de Oviedo,cerca del auditorio,rodeado de zonas verdes,como el parque de invierno y la senda de fuso de la reina. El piso tiene cerca restaurantes y supermercados,asimismo está ubicado a solo 400 metros de la zona antigua y de la calle Uría,principal calle comercial de Oviedo. También está a 10 minutos caminando de la calle Gascona,la zona principal de sidrerias de Oviedo.

Piso acogedor situado a pocos metros de la Playa San Lorenzo. Con plaza de garaje incluida en el precio. Zona tranquila sin ruido nocturno. Salón, cocina, dos baños y tres dormitorios. Ideal para familias o amigos, caben 6 personas cómodamente, es un piso grande. IMPORTANTE: Desde el garaje al piso hay que subir caminando una planta. Si necesitas 100% acceso para la movilidad reducida, tienes que acceder desde la calle y no desde el garaje.

Das ca 55 qm Apartment im 5. Stock in einem Wohnhaus direkt am Hafen ist perfekt für eher sportliche Gäste. Es geht etwas bergauf und es gibt keinen Lift. Die Aussicht ist jedoch überwältigend! 2 separate Schlafzimmer bieten Privatsphäre. Jedes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles wurde neu renoviert.

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Villaviciosa

Die Wohnung mit 70 qm befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett von 160 cm. Im zweiten Zimmer gibt es zwei Schlafsessel à 80 x 200 cm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kochfeld, Herd, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner.

Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos), y mascotas ( no mas de 1 x casa ). De igual manera la mascota nunca puede quedar solo en casa y pesar más de 20kilos. El jardín no está vallado. No se admiten despedidas de solteros/as Adosado con jardín en sitio tranquilo
