Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

Delightful stay at this very clean and comfortable space. During a hot and humid week we felt fortunate to be in this cool house which was well equipped with efficient air conditioning and ceiling fans. Comfy sectional and deep cushion chairs were quite conducive for socializing. All beds were equally wonderful. While there is a beach in walkable distance, we preferred to drive to the more popular Seven Presidents so very happy to have had the beach passes provided. We appreciated not having to bring our own beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels ! It was also lovely to be able hop on a bike and head to a local coffee shop. House is located in a quite family neighborhood so while not a walkable location to much, everything is a quick drive away. Overall lovely stay. It’s obvious proprietors care deeply about the property and quickly responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great weekend at the house, definitely will try to get back. We were able to find everything we needed, including bikes and beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella). The host was very responsive and quick. Great location - one block away from the beach and just a short bike ride from the store.

Jennifer was a great host, and the appartment was well equipped and fantastic to chill out at for a few days. The balcony was great to sit out in the sunshine and the beach and restaurants were all in easy walking distance. I would not hesitate to go back should my travels take me back to New York.

This house in Point Lookout was lovely. Only steps away from the beach. Provided all the extras - bikes, chairs… Dan was a great host. We’ll definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at Rob’s place. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and to town. This is a very comfortable home that is well equipped with tons of towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The back deck area is huge and adds a lot to the house. We loved the grill, hot tub and outdoor shower. We were able to bring our dog which is very important to us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Rob’s an amazing communicator. He was super responsive to us. Highest recommendation.

Joseph is a great host and is always responsive to my request. The check-in process is super easy and the place is exactly as described in the photo and the description. The location is quite, peaceful, easy to find, and there are planety of good restaurants around that area. View as it is on an island is also pretty good! Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

We had such an incredible stay here! The home was beautiful, communication was excellent, check in was easy, and an early drop off of our bags was accommodated. Highly recommend and would love to return next year!

This is a cozy cottage, perfect abode for one or two people. Kevin and Rosemary are lovely hosts, welcoming and responsive to my needs. Their saltwater pool is an amazing amenity. Of course, being so close to the ocean which I love is ideal! The cottage itself is comfortable and efficient, including a small washer and dryer which made my long-term stay easy to do.

The house was stunning, immaculate and very private. Mark was a generous, gracious host and I was invited to dinner every evening. Very welcoming and made me feel like one of the family. Highly recommend.

Best Airbnb in Fire Island! The house was perfectly situated less than a block from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the main street of restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family of five. The back patio was great. The house was clean and spacious. Dave was awesome and really went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a great stay. Overall great experience. We would stay here again anytime!

I’ve rented my fair share of houses on Fire Island over the years and I can honestly say that Whitney & Anthony’s house was the nicest, by far. It looked exactly like the pictures, which showed how beautiful, modern and immaculate the space was. It had every amenity and convenience you could ask for, and it was in a perfect location… one house off the beach. Whitney & Anthony were incredibly proactive, reaching out to me several times to give me updated information and also to send me a gift in advance of our stay. They obviously know what they’re doing and how to best accommodate visitors because they had very clear instructions for everything and even some YouTube videos to show us how to convert the pool into a hot tub and other specifics. There are no better beaches to visit than that of Fire Island and our experience celebrating our twin daughter’s 16th birthday at Whitney & Anthony’s house was nothing short of magical. We will absolutely be back if they’ll have us!

The house is great. Plenty of room. Close to beach and bay. The market is a short 1 minute walk. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Chairs, umbrellas and beach cart are waiting for use. Great place. Greg and Sandra were very responsive. Looking forward to next year.

The location was great. Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Good mountain biking trails not too far away. We visited in October. Maybe too chilly to go swimming, but perfect for sitting on the beach enjoying the surf, sand, sun, and a good book. Chris was an amazing host. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family get together.

Just checked out. Wanted to say how hospitable and amazing the bnb was. We have a huge family and everything was perfect. Many memories from this house now especially the Wedding memories. Also thank you for being super flexible and understanding

This is my 2nd stay at this location. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. It is welcoming and has everything you could need for your stay. The room for meditation/yoga was the perfect room to just relax and enjoy the sunlight. This is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Cassandra is a wonderfully responsive host and i look forward to book with her again in the coming months.

I was initially unsure of Christopher’s place because of a couple of negative reviews. I reached out to enquire about the conditions of the place, per those negative reviews. Christopher explained and assured me. I’m so glad I discounted those reviews because Christopher’s place turned out to be such a gem. Christopher’s place is just right for a small family — ours was a party of 3 adults — and has everything you’ll need. Every room has a separate airconditioner unit, though we did not need to turn that on. The kitchen is well equipped, though we only used it for having snacks and on our last day, some grilled cheese sandwiches. The two bed rooms are suitably sized and the beds are comfy. If youre a light sleeper, the front bedroom might be a tad noisy from the road just outside. During our stay, we could hear cars passing by during morning and evening hours. For anyone looking to spend some relaxing time by the beach, this is the place. Don’t believe the negative reviews here.

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

Wir haben die Annehmlichkeiten dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der grosse Esstisch und die Sofas sind so angelegt, dass wir auch bei dem schlechten Wetter eine wunderschöne Sicht nach draussen und auf das Wasser hatten. Die Küche war sehr gut zum Kochen ausgestattet und die Betten waren bequem. Ausserdem gibt es in jedem Zimmer genügend Stauraum. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison sehr gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen.
