Relax in a very elegant, authentic, quiet & central apartment in Kolonaki Athens

Come home after a busy day to relax in this authentic and tranquil Kolonaki apartment. It is a beautiful and generous apartment with great attention to detail. You will enjoy the unique furnishings, the wooden parquets floors, the modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a balcony that shows into a quiet court yard. Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Ausrichtung auf einen ruhigen Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist durch einen offenen Grundriss gekennzeichnet (Eingang, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind ein Raum). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, welche auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengefügt werden können. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man auch auf den Balkon. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist sehr sauber und modern. Es gibt ebenfalls ein separates Gäste-WC, eine Garderobe und viele Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ausserdem werden Sie die hohen Räume und schönen Parkette bestimmt geniessen. Die Kosten für Heizung, Wasserverbrauch, Elektrizität, lokale Anrufe aufs Festnetz sowie WiFi sind im Preis inbegriffen. Internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone sind blockiert. Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house.
