As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. You will enjoy the unique furnishings, the wooden parquets floors, the modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a balcony that shows into a quiet court yard. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist sehr sauber und modern. Es gibt ebenfalls ein separates Gäste-WC, eine Garderobe und viele Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ausserdem werden Sie die hohen Räume und schönen Parkette bestimmt geniessen. Die Kosten für Heizung, Wasserverbrauch, Elektrizität, lokale Anrufe aufs Festnetz sowie WiFi sind im Preis inbegriffen. Internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone sind blockiert. Frische Bettwäsche und Badezimmertücher werden einmal pro Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Aufenthalten die länger dauern als 6 Monate, besteht die Möglichkeit auf Wunsch ausgehende, internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone zu entsperren. In diesem Fall werde ich eine Barhinterlegung für die Anrufe verlangen, welche nach der Abreise nach Abrechnung zurückerstattet wird. Für Ankünfte frühmorgens und spätabends nach 20.00 Uhr werden zusätzlich 25 Euros Bar verlangt (30 Euros nach Mitternacht). Kolonaki befindet sich im Herzen Athens. The house with its’ stone-paved surroundings, is situated at the end of the drive and in the middle of the property, far enough from the nearest road to offer privacy and tranquility. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay.
