Le centre ville historique est à 100 mètres avec ses restaurants et son ambiance typique. Fête de la truffe en janvier, Fest'oie en mars, le festival des arts en folie en mai, marché de Noël en décembre; Sarlat est une ville dynamique toute l'année.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour une petite famille ou deux couples. Située dans un hameau rural très calme au coeur de la nature, c'est une petite maison périgourdine typique, fraîche en été et chaleureuse en hiver. Le jardin privatif dans petite une courette ombragée est très agréable. La maison est à proximité immédiate d'une ferme équestre et de nombreux chemins de randonnée, à quelques minutes de nombreuses activités de tourisme ( Lascaux, canoé, baignade, visites...)
