BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

This rustic cabin has been in my family for 4 generations. It's well loved, a bit quirky, sometimes musty and perfect for a family get away. We welcome well trained dogs, and have high expectations that you will respect the place and leave it in good shape for us and future guests. We welcome families, but after bad experiences, we are not available for your group of friends, reunion, or bachelor/(ette) party. We ask you to bring your own linens. Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.
