We stayed for a week and it was a comfortable stay. The house is clean. The host is very thoughtful in accomodating the guests as throughout the house there were sticky notes with instructions. The house has all the necessary amenities, though we did not use the laundry and did no cooking but everything was there in case we needed it. The area is quite peaceful. Overall, we had a good experience.

Stayed here for the long weekend to do a few activities in the area and have to say that the space was amazing. Would 100% recommend anyone coming to barrie to come stay here!

Very nice apartment and we felt very welcomed - the walk by the water and the area was beautiful. So nice and friendly and would love to stay again next time we stop by. Nice furniture, bedding , comfortable bed , bathroom - everything we needed was available for us to use.

Had a great weekend with my family! Host was extremely fast are responses which helped out a lot. Suggestion bring your own pillows as pillows for us were a little too flat, but other than that gorgeous place. Grocery stores and food spots were very close to us and we had a great time!

Place was lovely and as described, very big with lots of space. Lots of cool artwork which I enjoyed! Clive was very communicative and responded very quickly. Two small issues: Check in: we couldn’t check in even a couple of minutes early when we arrived because the code was set until 5pm which is very late check in time. After 10pm quiet time: you have to stay very quiet after 10pm and socialise on the upper floors (where the bedrooms are) after 10pm because there is a tenant in the basement who complains about the noise, which was just five people chatting.

Zainab was an amazing host... very respectful of our time. If anything was needed... we would just send a message and it was taken care of. Place was very clean. Wonderful she left snacks and treats plus cups if needed... extra touches like this goes a long way. Thank you so much!

We road tripped from the States and felt right at home. It was perfect place for the children and I to come back after sightseeing. Lots of food options nearby and an easy drive into Toronto. The backyard and tvs were great for the kids after a long day.

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located between the CN Tower and Distillery District. Many great restaurants and sights to see, within walking distance. I was staying during a work trip, and the second screen and work area were perfect. Bed is super comfortable, and access to the gym was a much appreciated perk. Will be staying again on return visits!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything for cooking, the bed was comfortable and had a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect close to great restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, making it easy to relax The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Recently stayed here for a getaway from the city and, wow this place was great! It was just an 1 hour away, so even though there was a snow storm, getting there was no problem. The cottage was great, a great view of the lake, quality appliances in the kitchen, fully stocked kitchen (we had zero issues with cooking), clean and showers with enough hot water, and a great hot tub. It's rare to find a cottage where there were no issues with anything but this one is definitely one of the rare ones. I would definitely book this again. Weiqi and Shuyan were great hosts. They provided clear and easy instructions for check in, as well as instructions on how to use all the amenities for the cottage. They were also super responsive to the questions and requests we had. A++

We had a very good time at the Cozy Nook. The cottage was lovely. The place was clean and tidy. The linens smelled very fresh. We did not spend much time inside as our visit to innisfil was for the outdoors. We had our own private patio and grill to use which was nice. We did have a shared backyard but luckily the neighbours allowed for us to use it more during our stay. The fire pit made for a warm night, as it did get chilly. We loved that it was dog friendly. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk. But because we took our dog with us, it was a 15 minute walk to the dog beach along the beach path. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage.

The cottage was beautiful and quiet with a cute patio and outdoor fireplace. The hosts were very nice and left a very complete and comprehensive booklet with instructions but also recommendations of places to visit (special mention for Cove Café!!). The place is walking distance from the beach. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing cottag. very clean and spotless. The place was well-equipped with lots of entertainment options and fun activities for everyone. One of the highlights for us was definitely the hot tub — it was such a relaxing experience, especially in the peaceful and beautiful environment. We’re already planning to come back, and next time we’ll definitely stay for more than two days to fully enjoy everything the cottage has to offer. The place was spacious and very close to the walk by the water. Brian left clear instructions on checking in and how to use the hot tub. Overall a great weekend getaway for the family :)

Jesse and Mandy are great hosts The place is perfect for what we needed for and everything is there that we need very good communication through both of them. I would recommend renting this place if I was you you won’t be disappointed.

The cottage was exactly as described and looked liked the pictures. Great aesthetic and decor with clean rooms. Beautiful outdoor space right by the water and a nice fire pit area. Anh was also very flexible and generous with the checkout time. We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, highly recommended and would definitely come back!
