A secluded getaway among the trees for a single person or a couple. 1 bedroom 1 bath with a private deck and beautiful views. You can feel like the only one in the forest or with a walk/quick drive down the hill to be in the middle of Track Town, USA. There is a trail to Hendrick's Park just down the street. Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. It boasts a covered front porch w/ outdoor seating, kitchenette w/ small appliances, sink and light snacks, a brand new heating/cooling unit and wifi. The Cottage is conveniently located 5 min. from Autzen Stadium by car (30 min walk) along walk/bike paths and 3/4 mile from the Shoppes at Gateway.
