A casa é bastante confortável e muito sossegada. Ideal para que procura dias de paz e quer escapar da correria das grandes cidades. A zona da piscina é espetacular, com equipamentos muito bem cuidados e uma "hot tub" genial! A Jennifer e o Sebastian são hosts perfeitos. Muito simpaticos e educados, foram sempre muito atenciosos e responderam imediatamente todas as mensagens que enviamos. Adoramos nossa estadia. Certamente iremos repetir a experiência.

Everything was perfect even the small details. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The inside and outside of the property were really well maintained and the swimming pool was an added bonus in a hot sun weather’sday! Thank you Joao for your hospitality and for being so helpful and friendly. We hope to visit again next year and definitely recommend 100%

This place was so magical. A big group of us came to stay for a half marathon in Aveiro and it was the perfect weekend - the pool was fabulous, the pond was so meditative, the sunrises were beautiful. The rooms were all super comfortable (3 of them en-suites plus additional shared bathrooms) and the kitchen was great to cook in. We were going to have lunch in Aveiro after the race but decided to head back to chill by the pool and have a bbq because it’s such a relaxing place. Plenty of space for everyone. We even had to stay an extra night because of the nationwide blackout and João and his family were so kind and accommodating - in the end we were so grateful we got to spend an extra night in this wonderful place! Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to come back in future.

Carla fue muy amable. Le pedimos si nos podia suministrar tres almohadas mas mullidas y lo hizo el mismo dia, sin molestarnos para nada y sin poner ninguna objecion. Nosotros no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina por el clima pero el sitio es idílico para la temporada de verano. Muchas gracias Carla

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und es hatte alles was es brauchte. Da wir im Februar da waren hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage etwas kühl bis die Klimaheizung und der Holzofen in der unteren Etage wärme in die Räume brachte. Das anfeuern des Holzofen machte aber zudem Spass. Ein Tipp für die Zukunft wären jeweils moderne Entfeuchter pro Etage zu installieren. Die Aussenanlage war sehr schön mit den Orangenbäumen und zudem gepflegt, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt.

Estadia maravilhosa!! casa muito gostosa , Fernando e Júlio pessoas muito atenciosas ,lugar ótimo para relaxar , tudo muito lindo e agradável!! Fernando deixou até mimos um vinho e deliciosos biscoitos ! super recomendo 🥰❤️

Beautiful home in a really cool location with a sweeping view of the bay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Jamie was there to personally greet us on arrival and made sure all went well. Highly recommended!

Casa confortável, cozinha bem equipada, salão de jogos ótimo para adultos (também para crianças). Apenas a água para o banho no caso de 9 pessoas não aqueceu o suficiente para as últimas que se banharam. No geral foi uma excelente estadia.

We really enjoyed our stay here - very clean, good sized, central, with parking - perfect for a stay in the city with a family including a dog! Our kids loved the toys and play space set up in the house. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and having family meals. Jorge was so friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Perfect to explore the main sites of Aveiro to get to know the center of the city. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a very nice property, especially if you have a big family traveling together. Lots of rooms and bathrooms and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend to people traveling in a big group to enjoy some family time together. Communication with the hosts was good.

The location was perfect. We enjoy exploring the area and found plenty dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was amazing. Thanks again for having us!! .

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, kann man bestens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce logement (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Le logement est refait à neuf, décoré avec goût et très propre. Il est bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a un extérieur agréable avec possibilité de se détendre, de jouer au ping pong ou au babyfoot, de s'abriter du soleil en cas de besoin été faire un barbecue. Concha est très agréable et amicale. Seul petit bémol, la route à proximité est un peu passante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie bei Fam. Henriques. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön. Sehr ruhige kleine Wohngegend außerhalb von Torreira mit fußläufigem "Privat"-Strand. Für Ausflüge ist die Gegend auch gut geeignet, aber die Ria ist doch zu umfahren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Beschreibung wurde kein WLAN angegeben. Es ist aber ein Mobilfunkrouter vorhanden. Aufgrund der Größe des Hauses ist das WLAN aber nur im Wohn- und Esszimmer nutzbar. Die Betten sind etwas hart aber das ist Geschmckssache. Alles in allem eine schöne ruhige gelegene Unterkunft mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Wir würden wieder buchen.

We chose Patio for an extended family holiday, including the birth of our 6th child. The location is excellent, close to Aveiro (12-15 minutes drive), Estarejja (6-7 minutes drive) and the sweet village facilities around (bakery, mini market). From there you are short drives away from major cities as Porto and Coimbra and gain access to all their offering easily. The location also provided with great options for activities: cycling, museums, workshop and many more. The house itself is fully equipped with traditional and modern utilities - it's and old family home and you feel from all the little and thoughtful details. The kids had lovely space to move and to find nice spots around the 'secret garden'. Although on the village entrance, the garden is a haven and a refuge to take time and simply relax. The host were wonderful - great communication in English and Portuguese, clear, simple and honest. Quick to respond to our needs or maintenance needed and very good check in process (especially appreciated the house manuels, they make everything very simple). We all had an amazing time and really like our stay at Patio. Thank you Teresa, Luísa and Jose for your kindness and hospitality.

This Airbnb is a treasure! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of everything. You walk out the door to a plaza full of delicious restaurants and a colorful (you’ll love the tiles!) neighborhood with all you need within easy walking distance. We highly recommend Joana’s place. She’s very welcoming and responsive and you’ll love everything about this home and city.

Jorge is a great host, responsive, friendly and relaxed. From the moment he met us at the gate, it was a pleasure, and he made the whole experience easy and friendly. the house has everything you can reasonably ask for, with enough space for the children, and great outdoor amenities. weather notwithstanding we used the tennis court, basketball hoop, and pool. There's a homely, lived-in feel, and evenings on the sofa with a glass of wine and a book was a lovely end to the days. The beach, restaurants, and shops are a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The day we were supposed to arrive at the property, Portugal had a country-wide power cut and we were unable to locate the propery based on directions Catia originally sent to us as our mobile phones were also not working. Nonethelss, when power was eventually restored, Catia came back on line and was professional and polite to the end. A full refund was given and I look forward to returning there on another visit. A host I would highly recommend.
