My partner and son stayed at Scott’s place for 10 nights over the Easter holiday on a boys' fishing trip. There was plenty of room for parking a car and a boat. Ideal set-up for fishing off the Palm Island group. Just needs the right tides to get out from the creek. Great place if you enjoy a peaceful place. Our son loved it as he got a 95cm Barra at the river mouth. The house was perfect for two of them. The pool was a bonus and the kitchen was well stocked. They really enjoyed their stay at Scott’s place.

One of the most stunning properties we have stayed in. Every space was used and the house was chic and stylish. Amazing views, and the kitchen was next level. The only problem was we had one night only . I can definitely appreciate why this property is fully booked out in advance. So happy to have stayed for one night. Thank you to our wonderful host.

Thanks to Rangiatea my family from overseas had a wonderful weekend here in TSV from New Zealand, such an amazing place to stay with kids, they loved the pool house was very spacious, very clean, had what we needed and much more...Thank you will definitely book to stay here for the weekend with my kids very soon

We had 3 families spanning 3 generations to celebrate Xmas. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. With 3 bathrooms, there were no issues using all 3 showers at once. Still plenty of pressure, never ran out of hot water. plenty of space to spread out, it was great to migrate from inside to outside to the pool, to the pool room and repeat in reverse! Would thoroughly recommend!

Treetops is an appropriate name. Waking up in morning felt like you are in the treetops, relaxing in the pool was the same. The space was open and airy and provided a proper relaxing space to unwind after enjoying the day in Maggie. None of the family wanted to leave!

Great location and ideal for large families. Quick walk to the local pub and the beach. Have recommended it to other large families.

This property is perfect for families with a park right and a large open space next door as well as access to river to feed the turtles at the back of the property. The house has everything you need. It is an older style house with modern bathrooms but it has a charm to it. It is in a quiet peaceful area of Townsville but close enough to everything you would want to do. We will stay again. Michelle is a very accommodating host and happy to help where she is able. You will not regret booking this space.

We had a great stay at Wagtail. A gorgeously quaint renovated older style Queensland home, it had everything we needed. Melissa was a great host and communication was spot on. You have secure off street parking, a lovely large outdoor undercover deck to enjoy a morning coffee while looking at your own private pool. Melissa has thought of all of the extra special touches, including milk, Tim tams, bread and cereal complimentary. You have Netflix also if you wanted to watch a movie. The couch was comfortable as was the bed. A big beautiful renovated bathroom and a lovely kitchen with all extra gadgets. For morning coffee you have local traders coffee a 2 minute walk away and there’s also a self serve min supermarket a 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you Melissa!

We really loved the place. We were able to spend the days out and about the adults could relax at home while our 2 year old played outside in the cozy cupe or with a variety of toys inside. The place was clean and so comfy.

Tolle, saubere und moderne Unterkunft, die in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend liegt. Wir konnten uns nach einer langen Autofahrt gut erholen. Parkplatz an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus.

From the moment we arrived at Lilac House, we felt right at home. The space was open and inviting. The house had ample amenities and is perfect for an island getaway. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive to messages in the lead up and during our stay Thanks Kylie 🏝

I booked this listing with short notice the response was quick and the Hosts made sure we didn't have any issues accessing the property, The property very spacious, clean and close to Shops and The Strands. It is also fenced. The hosts make sure you're well settled and easy to communicate with if you have any concerns.

We relaxed, slept well and had everything we needed at gremlins rest. It’s a short walk to Alma bay for a swim and an even shorter walk to the beautiful view at the top of the street. Jac is a responsive and welcoming host. If you’re looking for an affordable, cosy stay on Maggie, check this one out!

Great host and a fantastic place and location. Bigger than we expected. Very roomy inside, comfy beds and a great yard for the kids and dogs to play. The only letdown was the neighbour swearing and carrying on and lighting a fire right on the fence line to stop our dogs coming near his. Clearly resentful of the place being an airbnb. That had minimal impact on us despite his attitude. Would stay here again, without a doubt.

The home is beautiful. Location is great and easy access to the beach. Caroline has thought of all the little things that makes a home a home. Plenty of amenities close by and loads of space inside the home. We’re looking forward to another visit soon!

Beautiful property. The beach is amazing. The house itself is wonderful and clean. Many large entertainment areas for playing boardgames, having dinner or having a gin and tonic and taking in the view. only a 45 minute drive from Townsville.

Such a beautiful spot and a lovely home! My family and I loved our 3 day stay! We will be back for sure!

The location was lovely and quiet with only 1 neighbor who was lovely, the kookaburra's were amazing and a short walk to the beach. The house itself is lovely with all that you could ask for, we highly recommend this stay, thankyou to our host, we will be back.

Thank you Jasmine for letting us use your house, it’s clean and beautiful . There was enough room and space for everybody. My children loved the pool and the slide. A walking distance to the Coles supermarket…We enjoyed our 2 nights stay, we felt at home. High recommended.

Beautifully located at the back of Arcadia amongst the trees. Walking distance to both Alma and Geoffrey Bay, shops and restaurants. It has everything you need kitchen wise as well beach towels.

Third time we have stayed at the picnic house. Amazing place and we will definitely be back!!

We spent 8 nights at the Beach Hut and didn't want to leave. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Brett was amazing with communication and had so many helpful tips on restaurants and must see places in the area. The views from the main bedroom and lounge room were stunning! I highly recommend a stay at The Beach Hut
