This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

The place was great. It is in the main area, and the house looked very clean. The street is busy and we have many shops and restaurants outside. The amenities were correctly described. The host was super responsive. She let us check-in early which was very much helpful. She's very kind and attended to all our needs. Overall, a great experience ❣️

The management team are friendly, even the house have 5 floors but still somwhat feels small due to the space was built vertically as how typical Vietnamese building is. It is a beautiful place for those who like to experience local way of life. The roof top bath is a great idea, and I did enjoy it while I'm here. However, if the bathtub can have some polish would be nice, it was not dirty by any means, just dusty from sitting outdoors. The location is great if you want to explore old town Hanoi. Overall worth the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

Tung’s place is a very convenient place to be when in Hanoi as it is just in the Old Quarter, very near to a lot of places especially the night market, lake, and restos. Tung as a host is the best! He responds to queries and requests ASAP, even late at night. Overall, this place is highly recommended when you want to stay in old quarter.

Great hosts and accommodations. When I checked in, I had a little problem with the first room, but the host immediately provided me with another room. Their response is prompt and excellent. I want to stay again next time.

체크인 부터 중간 청소까지 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋아서 택시나 그랩을 한번도 이용하지 않았네요^^ 다음에도 간다면 또 방문할것 같습니다!

This was a lovely place to stay in. The views were amazing and the place was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a supermarket and coffee shop nearby as well as a large mall with an aquarium and many shops and food places. All this within walking distance. Being out of the old quarter (not in walking distance) meant it was a nice place to retreat to. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The environment was comfortable and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a neat and well-organized stay.

Very comfortable stay!! Had everything we needed and though our stay was short, it was lovely. One thing to note is that the kitchen and bathroom are not directly connected to the suite - but that was not an issue for us at all. Overall a wonderful stay and would 10/10 recommend!

I booked this place for a couple of friends with children on vacation who came to Vietnam to visit us and the country, we live in the same building, so it was very convenient, and the apartment was clean and comfortable, the owner was nice and prompt to attend to any request we made. Highly recommended.
