Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Kernsanierung Sommer 2020; Fertigstellung des neuen Pools: Mai 2021.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Agua Bandera è un camion OM degli anni '80, di interesse storico, che dopo essere stato per lungo tempo adibito al trasporto cavalli è diventato un luogo accogliente e romantico. Agua ha scelto di venire a riposarsi per le sue prossime estati su una collina fronte mare all'interno della nostra tenuta di oltre 7 ettari, e godere di una vista che è possibile definire unica e mozzafiato sulle Bocche di Bonifacio. Poi, per l'inverno, se ne torna in Lombardia per stare al riparo nei mesi freddi.

"La Maranita Apartment" is located on the beautiful Monti d'à Rena beach, in the heart of the La Maddalena Archipelago. The house overlooks the sea and allows direct access to the large beach. The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. The villa faces the island of Barettini and on the clearest days it is possible to see Corsica. The house, spacious and sunny, enjoys absolute privacy.

Ci troviamo presso Monti Russu, Aglientu. Di recente costruzione, la casa si compone di 1 soggiorno-cucina attrezzata, 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, giardino anteriore e posteriore vista mare. Si trova a 1400m dalla spiaggia Monti Russu, ed è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto la spiaggia di Rena Majore che ha ospitato il set del film Disney "La Sirenetta". I centri più vicini che forniscono i servizi necessari sono Vignola, Rena Majore e Santa Teresa Gallura, a 5-4-11 km.

Lovely apartment on the first floor, facing the sea, is composed of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two bunk beds, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a veranda overlooking the beach. The apartment is furnished with bespoke furniture in mahogany and oak, is equipped with crockery, washing machine and color TV. Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays and minimum booking for one week. For bookings of less than a week, contact to find out availability.

La spiaggia è attrezzata, ma ha anche spazi liberi e percorsi da esplorare. Inoltre è fornita di chiosco e ristorante.
