كانت إقامتي رائعة بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى. استمتعت كثيرًا بالإقامة في الفيلا، فهي جميلة ونظيفة ومجهزة بكل ما يحتاجه الضيف. المنطقة المحيطة هادئة وطبيعتها ساحرة، مما جعل من إجازتي تجربة لا تُنسى. الشخص المضيف Irakli كان قمة في الأخلاق والتعاون، وقد جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة وسهولة. بلا شك، سأعود مرة أخرى لزيارة هذا المكان الجميل والاستمتاع بكل تفاصيله. أنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والاستجمام

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

Удобное расположение. В доме есть все , что необходимо и даже больше. Удобный дворик с ярким освящением, который придает особый вид дому. Для любителей шашлыков во дворе есть каменный мангал. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда на связи, спасибо .

Everything was amazing in this villa, good view and good location, just need little bit care of the cleaning and we we’re looking for cleaning tools we didn’t find any, No garbage bag, No soap to clean, No broom. I think all of that’s comments above Tinatin will solve in future and I recommend any one thinking about visiting Bakuriani rent this villa.

Maia's house was perfect for us. It is close to ski areas. There is a bus stop to Didveli gondola a few minutes walk away. Driving is also easy. The best part is that there is hill for sledding just across the street. The house is kept warm. The beds are good enough for us. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends.

Enjoyed a unique and lovely stay at this place. The helpful staff and excellent service complement the great location for exploring the town. The place has modern amenities, comfortable beds, all necessary tools and equipped kitchen, make it a standout choice. Highly recommended!

the place was great, had an amazing experience for my holidays. very easy to access and check-in. the house was very clean and cozzy with greay forest view from balcony. there was everything you needed, full kitchen with every amenities and washing machine too. the location was perfect, ski in and ski out, there is Kokhta rooeway in less than two minutes to walk. for evening you can get a good dinner in the Kokhta rooms hotel which is next to this building. Tatia is super responsive and comunicative host, it was easy to comunicate with her, had a good experience and strongly recoment Tatia's appartment

It was a great place for staying, location is perfect, everything is nearby . Apartment is very nice with all the equipments you need to have for staying there. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Gari's place! The apartment is beautiful and Gari was super helpful, generous, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nani. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Ebenso ist das Badezimmer gut ausgestattet. Zu viert hatten wir alle einen ordentlichen Schlafplatz. Die Matratzen waren in Ordnung, sollen aber bald erneuert werden. Trotzdem haben wir in den ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmern super geschlafen. Der großzügige Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Parken konnte man sehr gut direkt an der Straße. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Über die Brücke direkt gegenüber vom Haus gelangt man in 10min Fußweg zum Eingang vom Park. Nani war außerdem immer gut zu erreichen und hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants. Die Checkin Anleitung war einfach und verständlich. Hier kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hin ☺️

Мы семья с двумя маленькими детками и квартира превзошла наши ожидания. Корпус находится в уютной зоне Кристал, в тихой и отдалённой от основного движа и шума. При этом всё что нужно было в пешей доступности. Действительно расположение прям на склоне и его видно даже из окна. Для деток огромное количество досуга и до всего без проблем можно дойти ножками. Магазин вообще прям в этом же доме. Квартира грамотно обставлена, места достаточно было для всех. Спальные места удобные, всё чистенько. Про постельное бельё предупредили, для нас не было проблем привезти в машине лишнюю сумку с бельём) Вид сказочный, на горы и шале по соседству. Мы были в новогодние праздники, поэтому было людно и соответственно шумно. Но не критично, спали хорошо. В квартире очень тепло, окна делаются на режим проветривания. Посуды супер много, не хватало только микроволновки) Возможно из за праздников, но были большие проблемы с наледью на всём курорте и парковочными местами у корпуса. Мы довольны, спасибо!

I stayed here for one month. The location and the view can not be beat, it is exactly as pictured and beautiful! The apartment is on the 12th floor and the lift does require change to ride. The building can be a bit hard to find as it is off the main road on a hill, but there are stairs that make it walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and even the park and train station. Lika was wonderful and very responsive. Really enjoyed my time there.

Уютный, стильный номер для двоих. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха. Хорошая локация особенно для тех кто хочет покататься на лыжах. Трассы, рестораны в пешей доступности. Круглосуточный магазин на первом этаже. Особо хочу отметить прекрасную коммуникацию с хозяином. Рекомендую!

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

The apartment is small and clean, with bed linen, towels, and even disposable toothbrushes provided. There are three radiators, which were very hot, but despite that, the apartment stayed cool at -19°C outside. If you’re traveling in cold weather, bring house slippers for extra comfort! Otherwise, everything was great. The host was very accommodating, allowed us a late checkout, and was always responsive. There is a very tasty Georgian restaurant in the neighboring building, which is just below two minutes away.

Большое спасибо хозяйке за отзывчивость и прием. При заселении нас встретили. Квартира нас порадовала на сто процентов - раздельные спальни, просторное пространство кухни-гостиной, веранда и двор, в котором мы могли жарить мясо. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, в доме тепло и тихо. Стиральная машина есть на полуподвальном этаже, сушилка в ванной. Отличные виды и лучшие горнолыжные трассы (Didveli, Crystal) рядом. В пешей доступности есть и магазин, и прокат, но если нужно что-то специфическое, то уже лучше ехать на машине. Прекрасно отдохнули и провели время в доме и Бакуриани в целом. Вернемся еще…

Really great apartment placed in Didveli, between Crystal and Didveli sky resort (few minutes). Very clean, designed, full equipped (with all essentials for cooking and long stay included winter stay). Amazing view from the apartment ! Small supermarket ,restaurant, children playground and attractions within walking distance. The owners very communicative and helpful. We had a great winter vacation, recommended !

במקום מסודר , נמצא בקרבת אתר סקי . בדירה יש מטבח מאובזר, מאוד נקי . הבעלים של הנכס נתן מענה מהיר , גם בשעות הערב והבעיות שהיו טופלו במהירות. ממליצה בחום

I've stayed here for the whole season. What can I say.. this apt worth the price in full! Ana was super helpful and responsive, my inquires were solved very fast. Reception host (it is an apart-hotel) was also very friendly and helpfull, she speaks English well enough. It may seem that location is remote, but it is wrong: it's only 15 mins on foot to the city center. Big Nikora supermarket is just 2 minutes away and you can buy everything you need there. Buses to the slopes started to run 2 weeks after the start of the season, the bus stop is right near Nikora. They pads by every 30 mins, you can get both to Didveli and Kohta fast. Apartment was equipped with everything I've ever needed. If something was wrong, i could always contact reception and they will solve it fast. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful, though you need to note, that this is the Family apart hotel and there are a lot of families with kids during the winter holidays. Overall the price/qual is best in Bakuriani

Great apartment in the B1 Kohta building - with 1-2 minutes walking distance directly from the room (by lift) to the Kohta Ski lifts. Private parking, great heated room - really recommend !!!
