A nappali-konyha rész egyben több, mint 60m2, így rossz idő esetén is kiváló hangulatban telik az idő, akár kandallóban lobogó tűz mellett.

2 upstairs apartments for rent near the centre of Balatonföldvár, in a calm street. 5 minutes walk to shops, vegetables, bakery, butcher, football field, taverns. They can be rented seperately, or together. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom are open together. It has a balcony with a wonderful view to the lake, and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The second apartment is for 3 persons, plus an extra bed, with 2 rooms, shower and balcony. Der Strand liegt ca. 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus (inkl. Küche, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer) ist voll-möbliert und bittet für die Gäste volle Gelegenheiten. Das Haus liegt am Ufer eines kleines Baches. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Strände, und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zahlreich und nah. Das Haus gilt als privater Unterkunft.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Ez maga a Hungarian Toscany szőlőültetvények között csodálatos panorámával, kabócák énekével. Igény esetén kétkilátó körtúra ajándék kapható. Kettő kerékpár ingyen használható. A parttól 8-10 percre és a boltoktól 5 percre található gyalog. A birtokon 2 cicus él, így kisállat nem hozható.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
