Villa Vallese Bale

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Secluded Villa, tranquility, family&pet friendly

Spacious Secluded Villa in Tranquil and peaceful Location in the Istrian land offers comfort and relax. Perfect for getaway and on Easy Reach to all Point of Interests. In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

Casa Sole

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Villa Kameneo - Steinhaus mit Garten & Pool

Das über 100 Jahre alte, renovierte istrische Steinhaus liegt in einem Dorf unweit von Rovinj und dem Meer entfernt. Es verfügt über drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit drei Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich stehen unseren Gästen zwei Badezimmer u. eine große Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich zur Verfügung. Der 700m2 große mediterrane Garten verfügt über einen Pool (27m2) u. eine überdachte Sommerküche mit Grillbereich und ist ausschließlich unseren Gästen vorbehalten.
