The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche zum wandern auf Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern.Yadir ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Grill und schöner Aussicht. Da wir uns komplett selbst versorgt haben war uns eine komplett Ausgestattete Küche wichtig.Da war wirklich alles da was man braucht! Salz,Zucker,Öl,Essig und viele Gewürze sind bereits vorhanden. Mein Tipp:Wer in der Nebensaison kommt empfehle ich Hausschuhe mitzubringen.Der Fliesenboden ist recht kalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke für die schöne Zeit

Nos atendió María y fue muy simpática y accesible :) El apartamento equipado con todo tal y como se describe, muy nuevo y limpio. Fue fácil también aparcar por la zona (en marzo) Muy recomendable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ibiza ! La chambre était parfaite pour notre séjour ! nous avons apprécié le très grand lit et de pouvoir cuisiner un peu sur place. Nous avons été très bien conseillé pour les visites (criques, plages,....) et les chemins de trail ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Olivier et Cécile

Unser Aufenthalt auf Mallorca war rundum perfekt! Die Wohnung war super ordentlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse – ein echter Wohlfühlort mit tollem Blick, der morgens wie abends ein Highlight war. Man hat sogar einen kleinen Meerblick! Auch die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch perfekt angebunden. Die Umgebung war toll! Einerseits das Meer, welches zu Fuss erreichbar ist und andererseits die kleine Shoppingsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt – alle waren unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank!

L'accueil a été parfait, il y avait énormément de choses à disposition notamment pour le petit déjeuner et des boissons, ce qui était très appréciable en cette fin de saison. Willy parle français et nous a gentiment accueilli. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, à 5 min à pied du centre de binibeca et de la plage. La piscine a été appréciée par les enfants. Le coin est magnifique mais un peu mort en fin de saison (vacances de Toussaint) mais c'est aussi agréable pour profiter des criques sans la foule.

Wonderful location. The appartment is well equipped and very clean. Close to the centre of the town but not noisy. Excellent value. I would happily recommend this appartment to any other Air BnB guests.

Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage, man ist innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten an der Promenade am Strand. Auch die etwas ruhigeren Strände sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung für einen Urlaub. Im Innenhof ist ein weiteres Bad mit guter Dusche, ebenso kann man im Innenhof gut zusammensitzen und grillen. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und Sandspielzeug für Kinder. Einziges kleines Manko, durch den Brunnen in der Küche verstärkt sich der Schall und es hallt ein wenig.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Francesca è molto disponibile, simpatica e alla mano. Ha sapientemente ristrutturato la casa ereditata dai nonni rendendola confortevole e accogliente. Gli spazi sono ampi, soprattutto quelli della dependance. La posizione è strategica: è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dal porto ed è collocata vicino a un supermercato ben rifornito. Il patio sul retro è attrezzato con un ampio tavolo e può comodamente ospitare motorini o un'auto. Consigliata.

We had a short break in Palma and Miguel’s apartment was a real haven of peace and quiet within a busy city where everything was just a short walk or bus ride away. The shared garden was just the best place to have a swim, sunbathe, with many areas to disperse guests. Even lemon and lime trees growing there. Miguel and his wife were gracious, polite and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 5 adults. Really great place to stay. Accommodation is very spacious. Outside area is excellent for having group meals under the shaded area. Extra 2nd toilet is useful. 2 minute walk to shop, central square and restaurants, bars and cafes. Host was super responsive to our change of arrival time. Thanks for a great stay.

Logement spacieux et très cosy, petite cour intérieure sans vis à vis. Très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Peu d'intérêt dans Manacor mais localisation idéale pour visiter l'île. Pere est réactif et s'est montré arrangeant. Nous recommandons

Incrível. O dono da Casa foi bastante prestável. Casa super bem equipada. No lugar ótimo para quem quer estar longe da confusão. Tem uma piscina gigante, muito bem tratada. Apenas sentimos que haviam bastante mosquitos tendo ficado picadas. Tem bastante espaço e tem tudo que precisamos, até mesmo aqueles pequenos extras que por vezes não são assim tão necessário comprar. Gostamos muito, um check-in bastante fácil assim como o checkout. O dono da casa deixou de ficar até o final do dia.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, aber dass hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Das Meer und diverse nette Orte sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Unser Flug ging erst um 19 Uhr und wir durften bis zu unserer Abfahrt zum Flughafen in der Finca bleiben, so dass wir einen ganz entspannten Abreisetag hatten. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Byt je prostorný, skvěle vybavený, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše bylo čisté, uklizené. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny hosty a dokonce i ručníky na pláž! Pro děti hračky na pláž, také slunečník a lehátka. Klidná lokalita blízko pláže, zároveň pár minut na ulici plnou obchodů, barů a restaurací. Bel okamžitě reaguje na zprávy. Určitě se vrátíme!

cet appartement est très bien agencé et très bien équipé. la glacière et le parasol nous on bien servi. il y a quelques moustiques mais le logement est équipé de moustiquaires,de ventilateur et d'une climatisation. bref...tout est là.il ne manque rien. serviettes en plus et tout le nécessaire de base.

nous étions bien dans ce logement ou rien ne manquait. il est tres confortable et tres propre. bien situé

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Logement spacieux, très propre et conforme à la description. Une magnifique vue. L’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse est agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Rosi s’est montrée très disponible et flexible pour l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. Tout était en ordre et correspondait au descriptif. Le logement est vraiment idéalement situé, proche de Ciutadella avec une très belle plage à 5 minutes à pied et une piscine de bonne taille, bien exposée. La facilité de parking est aussi un avantage. Pour rendre le tout parfait, ce serait un plus d’avoir des chaises longues pour la piscine, un aspirateur et des raquettes & balles pour pouvoir profiter du terrain de padel accessible sur place.
