Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en este acogedor apartamento en el corazón de Ibiza y realmente cumplió con todas las expectativas. Desde el momento de la llegada, me impresionó cómo el espacio maximiza su diseño compacto, ofreciendo un ambiente tranquilo y elegante, justo como se describe en el anuncio. La decoración es moderna con un toque local encantador que hace que el lugar sea cálido y acogedor. La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona tranquila a solo unos minutos a pie del vibrante centro de la ciudad, donde disfruté de buenos restaurantes y la icónica vida nocturna de Ibiza. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y equipado con todas las comodidades lo que resultó muy útil durante mi estancia. Los anfitriones fueron increíblemente atentos. Definitivamente, este lugar es un hallazgo espectacular. ¡Una recomendación segura para cualquiera que visite la isla!

Location is the best in Palma. The apartment has washer which was very useful. Kitchen was quite enough for a Breakfast and rapid food. The stairs are an important factor to consider, but it is something quite common in that area of Palma, as it is located in the heart of the Old Town. I recommend the place in Palma Town

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jaume (couple avec 1 jeune majeur et 2 pré- ados). La maison est particulièrement fonctionnelle et comprend tout le nécessaire (ustensiles divers, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, produits de base en cuisine, draps, linge toilette, produits hygiène et entretien…). Le jardin 🪴 est très agréable et les transats super confortables, la douche extérieure est également un plus 🚿 Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais la ventilation au plafond dans les chambres est très efficace et plus agréable qu’une clim . La qualité de la literie 🛏️ dans l’ensemble des chambres est à souligner, de même que la gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte. Une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer. Nous conseillons de se rendre au marché bi-hebdomadaire de la ville qui est très grand et très sympa. Merci pour ces belles vacances !

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Fornells. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns - gut eingerichtet und zentral im Ort Fornells. Bernat war immer superschnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Logement très bien situé au coeur de Palma. Appartement propre et confortable avec très bonne literie. Il donne sur la place donc peut être un peu bruyant certains soirs. Il y'a une lucarne au plafond qui donne beaucoup de lumière. Hôte sympathique, réactif et disponible. Pas de possibilité de se garer près de l'appartement mais parking à la Plaza Major (24euros la journée) juste à côté.

Wir konnten sogar schon vor der genannten CheckIn Zeit in die Wohnung. Im Vorfeld gab es hilfreiche Infos von Muriel zu der Wohnung und auf Nachfrage wurden uns zusätzliche Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist zentral und gut erreichbar, ideal für einen Malta City Trip.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges und sauberes Haus mit Platz für 8+ Gäste. Top Ausstattung mit guten modernen Möbeln, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern. Der Pool war sauber und groß. Geräumige Terrassen mit Aussengrill. Ein bisschen störend ist die wenig befahrene Straße, die hinter dem Haus entlang läuft. Die Gastgeberin Raquel ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Anfragen sofort.

maison très agréable à vivre et idéalement située dans le sud de l'île. très fonctionnelle, propre avec une piscine privée qui a fait notre bonheur lors des jours très chauds. Lors de nos échanges, notre elocutrice a été très réactive et nous souhaitions encore la remercier. je recommande fortement cette maison. merci 😊

Excellent séjour chez Gloria. Vue exceptionnelle depuis le logement sur la Cala Blanca. On ne se lasse pas de prendre l'apéro le soir sur la terrasse quand le soleil se couche. L'appartement est très plaisant. Gloria nous a donné plein de très bons conseils pour les activités et les restaurants. Une superbe adresse.

Un séjour parfait dans une location agréable. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans cette villa. Dès notre arrivée et à chaque question ou besoin, notre hôte a toujours été très réactive et bienveillante, répondant rapidement par SMS. La villa était impeccablement propre, et son emplacement à deux pas de la magnifique Cala Blanca en fait un lieu idéal pour profiter des plages. En seulement 5 minutes de marche, nous étions sur l'une des plus belles criques. Au niveau des équipements, rien ne manquait. Nous avions prévu de laver nos vêtements sur place et le lave-linge disponible a été très pratique, nous évitant de prendre trop de bagages. La piscine, quant à elle, était toujours propre malgré le vent et les quelques feuilles qui tombaient. Tout était entretenu avec soin. Je recommande vivement cette location pour des vacances relaxantes et bien situées. Un grand merci à Francesc.

The apartment from David was incredible. We stayed for one week and had an awesome vacation there. It offers everything you need and was clean when we arrived. The check in was very easy. The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is right at the water and next to the Cala Blanca. You can sit on the terrace while looking at the turquoise water or cook in the kitchen while looking at the ocean. The sunsets that you can see from the terrace are incredible! There is a small bar Nextdoor but it doesn’t bother at all. It is even useful if you would want to buy a cocktail or another drink ;) All in all the Airbnb is really worth the money and I highly recommend to come here for a vacation. It is also super easy to park and to go for example to Ciutadella. Thanks a lot David for this great opportunity! :)

In una parola FANTASTICA vacanza grazie per questo splendido soggiorno in questa casetta semplice ma completa, tranquilla e in pieno relax. La piscina è molto gradevole dopo una giornata di sole e mare. Corrisponde esattamente alle foto, la posizione ottima,vicina a tutto. veramente un incanto. La gentilezza di Sarah prontissima per qualsiasi cosa. Grazie mille per questo splendido soggiorno.

We cannot praise this lovely apartment enough and have had a fantastic holiday here. The beds are extremely comfortable, the apartment spacious with all amenities required including an excellently stocked kitchen. The outside kitchen space is private and great for dining. The location cannot be beaten, just a few steps from the beach and extremely handy for nearby restaurants and cafes (huge recommendation for the Torre Playa restaurant). What an amazing find and we hope to return in the future. Thanks to Tom for his communication and recommendations.

Poco puedo decir sobre la vivienda o su entorno, estuvo mi hijo con unos amigos, pero según sus palabras la anfitriona es muy maja y todo se lo explicó muy bien. Han regresado muy contentos de la experiencia, eso lo dice todo. Muy recomendable.

Casa strepitosa! Perfetta in ogni angolo, finemente arredata, dotata anche di asciugamani per l’area piscina. In cucina c’è ogni tipo di elettrodomestico. La casa era pulitissima e nei bagni ci sono saponi con essenze meravigliose! Tony è stato eccezionale, disponibile a darci qualsiasi informazioni e a spiegarci ogni angolo della casa! Soggiorno eccezionale! Sicuramente consigliato al 100%!

L'appartement correspond au besoin qu'on avait pour nous et nos 2 enfants. L'emplacement est bien, pratique pour aller dans Son Bou, faire nos footings et également pour visiter l'île. Parking à proximité immédiatede L'appartement. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un vrai lit double dans la chambre principale. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

l appartamento è proprio dietro alla spiaggia accessibile a piedi. la spiaggia più bella di Minorca...zona tranquillissima adeguato per famiglie ( parco giochi piscina piccolo market). consigliatissimo

Laura hat super Reaktionszeiten und war super freundlich und auch bzgl. Check-In sehr flexibel. Angeline, die Dame vor Ort, die das Haus übergibt war toll! Im Vorfeld erhielten wir eine Mail mit Tipps für die Umgebung, dem Standort und Anfahrt und fühlten uns bestens informiert. Die Übergabe war sehr persönlich und äußerst professionell. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
