the place was super clean and cozy just like the photos. everything was well prepared when we arrived and the space felt really comfortable to stay in. the location was convenient too, close to food spots and easy to find. the best part was the host. Nur Farhana was responsive and friendly teroks! she replied super fast and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. def recommend this place if you want a chill, hassle free stay.

Its a pleasant stay for my small family. Water heater in both bathroom is definitely a bonus. Adequate kitchen utensils and water filter. Netflix and Youtube can be streamed via the television. The Owner is very responsive and helpful. Appreciate the hospitality. For improvement, maybe the patio set in the balcony could make use of some repainting since its quite rusty. Also, adding dustbins in the bathroom would help a lot. Overall, its a nice home!

I had a very nice staycation during my stay at Carol's place, the units are clean and as per advertise. love the seaview balcony. Will stay here again when visit Kuantan.

Great place to unwind with the kids since the apartments building have pools and playground, not to forget they also provide gym in the building. The house is clean and comfy. My children love playing the slide attached beside the bunk bed. Will repeat my stay here if i ever come again.

The room is cozy, with a comfortable bed and necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The space is functional but also homely, with thoughtful touches that make the stay feel special. The homestay is located 2 min only to uia kuantan and easy for me to reach there for work

Really responsive and flexible host for an absolutely beautiful getaway with all the amenities one would find at home. Nothing like going to sleep and waking up to the views and sounds of waves crashing on shore.

Smooth check-in and check-out, eventhough it was a last minute decision for us to book and we arrived late at night. Fina was waiting to help us with check in. Very clean and well-equipped unit. Will be back.

非常干净整洁的小院子，前院有椅子后院能晾衣服，餐具和生活用品都配备齐全，床品舒服，特别是主卧，马路对面有 7-11，附近有洗衣店，生活是方便的。但是离餐厅和海滩有一些距离，到海滩看海龟打车大概 8RM。房东回复及时，沟通顺畅，我们住得很舒服，可惜时间只能安排一晚，有机会可以再来。

The homestay owner is so friendly and he allowed me and my family to check in early as soon as they cleaned the house. He also kept checking if I got any issues, good response from the owner. The house has a washing machine and a dryer. Both are working well and we were able to wash our clothes. We dont have to go out to find laundry services.

Easily one of the best stays i had in Kuantan, considering the price range. For small/medium family, almost everything was provided. The house was clean. Although it wasn't Squeaky-Clean, per se. But it was properly cleaned for our stay. Although the house has guest before, can still checked-in 1 hour early, which is nice. 1 of the 3 room didn't have AC. but it was not hot. probably due to natural ventilation at the top makes it cool/chill. Everything is labelled. From Switches, directions, manuals, etc. All you need to do is read 'em. Forgot to leave my personal notes in the guestbook. Haiyaaaaa~ A lot of sofa/seats in the living room + dining table. Comfortable for family discussion and sembang-sembang and kudap-kudap time. Can fit 2 cars under the porch. if got more car, there are a lot of spaces in front of the house or nearby for parking spots. My only comment is the water pressure: a bit weak despite having water pump. Definitely will re-book this homestay in future!

This is a delightful unit for a family getaway. Loads of activities for both parents and kids. Eateries are in walking distance and also convenience store for your necessities. Overall, it's a great place for a beach vacation.

Wij verbleven er 3 nachten met een gezin met 3 tieners. We genoten van het prachtige zwembad en het strand. Een uitstap naar Kuantan is zeker ook de moeite waard. Mooi centrum met een leuke avondmarkt.
