Anne's place is beautiful! The decor is magical! Anne is very friendly, and always willing to help make things perfect for you. This was the 2nd time I stayed at her place. I highly recommend!

Paul is a very responsive host, the location is very close to Gallaudet University and 15 minute walk to Union Market.

Maria's place was very cozy and easy to get to downtown DC. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Maria and Dan had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and were extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Zach’s place was exactly as pictured.. Parking was super convenient. The area was quite in a perfect location away from the downtown area. About a 20 min drive. There is a family I believe that lives upstairs but we only heard them maybe once. Which wasn’t an issue:-) I would stay here again when I come back to town. As far as communication. When ever I message he responded within minutes

We’re returning guests and absolutely love staying at this location! It’s centrally located—just minutes from great restaurants, shopping at the mall, and plenty of other things to do in the area. The space is always clean, comfortable, and convenient. Overall, a great stay every time. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit DC!

Very convenient location! Kelly was very responsive and accommodating. For being so close to shops and restaurants, it was very quiet. Beds were comfy, and games and coloring books for the kiddos were an added bonus. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was very nice staying at Stan's cottage. It's like a tiny oasis in this rapid world of technology, and chaos. Very peaceful, quiet, cozy, and clean. CJ greeted us when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and cut fresh flowers for me when we arrived (super sweet). We got great recommendations for restaurants and take out. And finally, it was a true pleasure spending our last minutes with Stan. We enjoyed hearing about his love of travel and of birding...it would have been nice to stay a little longer...we look forward to hearing "the adventures of Stan" someday soon.

Exceptional Home! Where to begin, the owners didn’t spare any expense on interior design in this house. We enjoyed playing the baby grand piano, the natural light, and the comfortable beds. They have a great espresso bar setup. The front porch to enjoy our morning coffee. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the deck, although we did not take advantage of the grill. It's perfect for large groups (adults, families with or without children), and conveniently has private parking in the back with a standard EV charger. The location is in close proximity to DC landmarks but is situated in historic Mount Rainier. We felt safe, we walked to couple restaurants and local spots near by the home. The host was super attentive to our needs. I’m definitely booking this again next time I’m in DC.

Absolutely amazing house and location!! Our family had an incredible week spent enjoying the property & views, spending time watching the sunsets by the fire, and kayaking around the bay. It's a great spot to teach kids to paddle and our 7 and 9-year old both enjoyed learning on the still waters near the sandy beach. The property and house are both thoughtfully designed and have so many spots to relax, read, watch the birds, and take in the views - made it feel like there was never a reason to leave. We had an incredibly peaceful week and would love to visit again!!

We had an amazing stay on Easter weekend. The home was spacious and clean with everything that we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were great! We enjoyed talking with them. There was a park next door with a playground and lots of amenities nearby. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures! We recommend this place highly!

Sally was the perfect host. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. The house was stunning and beautiful! It had everything we needed to have a perfect stay! We look forward to our next stay at Sally’s house!

We loved our stay in Alexandria. John was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We have two young kids and he made sure we were set up with everything they needed at the house as well. The gardens were beautiful and the kids loved playing outside. The location was also perfect - quiet despite being within walking distance of many great places to eat. We would love to stay there again when we visit next time!

Kiwi was an exceptional host through and through. From initially booking, Kiwi promoted introductions and provided on any questions I had in preparation to my stay. Upon arriving, Kiwi was very responsive and even had a very helpful phone call when I had some trouble getting inside their beautiful home. Home host a lot of peace and lived up to the listings description. With all of the space and amenities, it was destined to be a great stay! 10/10 recommend and will be booking with Kiwi again :)

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Alles war so wie beschrieben, Dan war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar bei einem Kofferkauf geholfen. Das Bett hat eine super bequeme Matratze, alles sehr sauber, sehr easy, sehr zu empfehlen!

Very accommodating host, peaceful unit where i went back to after a late night shift and felt comfortable. Host was super responsive, I'll come back here next time.

Stella and team have been outstanding hosts. This Airbnb is exactly as described and perfect for party of 4. Bed in Master bedroom very comfortable and the Divan sleeper made a good bed. Host is incredibly attentive, responds quickly and her priority is her guests comfort. We initially booked this beautiful Airbnb for 4 nights but ended up extending our stay for total of 8 days. I highly recommend getting parking. While plenty of parking on the street and surrounding condos, it fills up pretty quickly by 9 PM. Location of this condo is very close to Tyson’s Galleria. We walked to Tyson’s daily to get delicious coffee and food. It is only half a mile away or 10 minutes walk. The hospitality that Stella and team extended to us is on par with the kind of service I have experienced in Dubai. I will stay with Stella and team again and highly recommend this place.

I cannot say one negative thing about this place! It’s was so comfortable yet modern and clean! I would stay here again!

Great place. Was on business trip. Immediate access to Metro. Close to grocery store, restaurants. Spacious for a basement apartment. Very comfy and clean. Would stay here again.
