Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Stunning Barn conversion now with private Hot Tub on the decking. The Barn has 3 floors with bedrooms ground floor and top floor with a huge open plan dining / lounge area with a huge kitchen leading off the lounge. Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and top floor bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. There is parking for two or more cars. 10 minutes from Barnstaple in the stunning countryside. Barn (1) - The Threshing Barn (4 bedroom) is next door and available to rent

Artists Studio

Self contained Artists studio, with shower room and mezzanine bedroom. Large open space with log burner (firewood not provided) and sofa bed. Own entrance. Off street parking. Welcome pack of continental breakfast Items. Dog friendly, however walled garden is open on one side. So please don’t leave your dog unattended. Bring your own dog bed. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.
