Local pubs serving food within a short walk On street parking close by. The property is a short 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute bus ride into Bath city center. Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Parking is not permitted in Potts Close Lots of local walks nearby including Solisbury Hill and Batheaston river side. I do not accept bookings on behalf of non Airbnb members . The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Made from locally grown and sawn larchwood and largely fitted out from locally reclaimed timber All electric is solar generated and all water is filtered ground water, (tested crystal clear by wessex laboratories). Compost from the toilet is used for tree planting on site. She is ideally suited for single travellers or couples and couples with children.
