It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. Cosy pubs and restaurants, wonderful walking, castles, whisky distilleries, quaint villages... Come back to a real log fire and enjoy the big traditional farmhouse kitchen. Well behaved dogs welcome too!

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
