Timothy was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds and pillows are comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make family dinners. Our child loved playing with the toys available. Timothy was extremely helpful in arranging pickup for items we forgot at the house after our stay. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Good location for price. Stayed there with two other couples for a wedding. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful!

Cindy's place was just what we needed. It was in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and Cindy was very accommodating, friendly and it felt like a home away from home.

Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

Amazing lake views. The fish were biting. A beautiful peaceful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Quite a memorable and special place. Book it- you won’t regret it. Sweetwater Marina also a nice spot to each. Bikes were fun to ride around and the porch deck made for a lovely spot for coffee and drinks. Plenty of parking and secluded at the end of road. Will rebooked already. 🎣 🏖️ 🛶

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

Great little place! had everything that I needed for a work vacation. Close to stores and to the parkway. Inside was equipped with everything that I needed and exceptionally clean. Beighborhood was great for walking dogs.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

The house was just what we needed when we were in the area for a wedding. I really appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

We had a wonderful time at Charles’s rental property in Seaside Park in early September. The home itself is beautiful, very nicely decorated, with a lovely open floor plan for the living space, and three very nice sized bedrooms. We especially loved the outside veranda! It was perfect for a casual lunch or just to relax. I hope to rent here again — it is really a wonderful place! Very pleased!

This beautiful condo exceeded our entire families expectations! The location was perfect and walking distance to the beautiful beach and attractions. There was something for every one of my kids ranging from 15 to 2.5 years old. The beds were so comfortable and soft. The open concept of the duplex was inviting and perfect for a family. I would love to stay here again. Thank you John for being such a wonderful and responsive host.

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

Everything was awesome and we stayed while in town for a baseball touranment. We would stay again if in the area.

Nicholas was an excellent host. Responded quick to my messages. Great location, right next to the beach, broad walk, and local restaurants. The only downside was the parking but Nicholas was pretty clear and concise about the parking around the area. Overall, me and my family enjoyed the house.

This place was perfect for our weekend at the Jersey Shore - it was close to everything and the house was very clean and had everything we neeeded and everything Chrissy promised. Only thing was it was located on a busy road, so traffic noise at night was a little loud, but overall house was perfect and worked out great the weekend and Chrissy was a great host.

Myself, partner, and three kids had a great time at Massimo‘s home in Seaside Park. The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the bay where we went every night to watch the sunset. We walked for food and even walked to the Seaside Heights boardwalk and waterpark. It had plenty of room for everyone and the balcony was a huge bonus. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

We rented William’s home for about a week, as we were packing our home and needed a comfortable place to stay with our toddler prior to our move. William’s home was cozy, peaceful, and child-friendly. My toddler loved being on the lake and waking up to his “quack quacks”, typically referred to as ducks. William’s home was a great temporary home for my family, and we plan to book again when visiting family in the area.

Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

Was looking for a peaceful getaway and my God that I find it I was lucky enough to meet the property owners during my stay and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The neighborhood itself was all friendly and the view and surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful I did not want to leave and cannot wait to return. Brand new gym with a perfect view of the lake, beautiful little sandy shore. Truly peaceful, and relaxing place to be. Dog friendly (all dogs were all on leashes so that’s a huge win) Porch had a gate so the dog could hangout. Wildlife all around. Truly a steal.

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

The home itself was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating such a special retreat. Everything about our time there exceeded expectations. We are looking forward to our next visit and get-away.

Amazing. The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay with our pet and highly recommend.

We had a great time! Everything was clean. There was so much to do for the kids and family as a whole. Quick drive to beaches. We brought cleaning supplies to help keep up through the week, all purpose cleaner, paper towels, broom etc. would recommend doing your grocery shopping prior to coming, the acme was super over priced but 5 mins down the road if you forgot anything (obviously no fault to DTS). Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had the best week and will definitely be back!
