We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Our historic home (1895) is adjacent to the Grove Park golf course. We have beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a swimming pool, and are close to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the Grove Park Inn. Our private downstairs suite has its own path and entrance with a lockbox. It includes a bedroom, living room, and bathroom (see details in "the space"). Come relax, explore, and enjoy the views, patios, and sunsets. Pet friendly.

The space has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a common hallway area where you’ll find a small fridge, coffee and snacks. The larger room has a king and an air mattress is available. The space has character, very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient to all that asheville has to offer. It’s short walk to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and breweries.

Welcome to our sanctuary on the hill just a mile from downtown Asheville. This is a sweetly remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with its own private entrance. We have all utilities and luxuries restored after hurricane Helene and look forward to hosting you! This is a pet friendly space in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We do live on a hill and parking is on street but it is low traffic and a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.

Located just one mile north of downtown Asheville. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Steps away from an urban Greenway for dog walking and bike riding. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.
