8 + acres w/ Fully Private separate entry facing pond & lake ,one bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen pull out couch , TV etc, dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom is wheelchair accessible, host main house above, Summer: kayaks and canoes , fishing, duck & frog pond , Fire Pit, Pizza night is every Saturday . Great for two small families as this deal is a two for one, with a separate full apartment (with kitchen and bath) next to the cottage. Only 10 minutes to Marmora. Lots to do close by.

It has a dock and a sandy beach for people of all ages. Enjoy stunning sunsets while sitting on the deck and then a riverside bonfire to cap off the day. We are a five-minute drive to Hastings and a ten-minute drive to Campbellford where you will find all types of stores including hardware, grocery, bakery, restaurants and more!

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
