Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful and FUN getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

In 2020 the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake & returning it to the river it was 95 years ago. This house now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient stumps & emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it, ready for you to explore. You'll love your stay in this clean cottage with its covered patio, working fireplace & breathtaking sunset views.

The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Quiet vacation home on Wixom Lake. While the lake is gone at the moment, it’s still a nice get away location. Large side yard for parking or tents. A fire pit in the yard for a relaxing evening. The house has three bedrooms, including a double bunk bed in one room and a master suite & central heat/ac A recent addition of a garage, entryway and loft have changed the look of the place. This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip and try your luck at catch & release fishing. Even though the property is only a few minutes off I-75, you'll feel like you're in another world. Only 15 minutes from Saginaw Bay.

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Completely renovated 1 bedroom upstairs apartment only 5 blocks from Main street with all new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, cabinets, you name it. This location puts you in the middle of it all, easy walking distance to downtown ( .4 miles), Dow gardens ( .5 miles), the Midland Country Club ( 1.2 miles) or the Loons Dow Diamond ( 0.9 miles). Can sleep 2 to 4 guests with a comfortable full bed and pull out couch. No tv, but WiFi is provided.
