You will be staying on the 2nd floor with the 2 rooms which are newly renovated, included with a full bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. I the Host/owner live on the 1st floor which shares the same Hallway and Exit Entrance Leading to 2nd floor and the Street level. The building is surrounded with grocery stores, mall centers, transportation to Manhattan, NY & JFK airport.
