Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

A peaceful retreat in a small rural hamlet with great views towards Westbury White Horse with two local pubs nearby. Explore the glorious countryside walks or local national cycle routes. 4 miles from Longleat Safari Park & Westbury Train Station which is a mainline station to Bath, Bristol & London Paddington. Puddledock Piggery

Built to an exceptional standard, Puddledock Piggery sits in a secluded area, 12 miles from Bath and 2 miles from the centre of the ancient Somerset market town of Frome. One mile to the pub and shops, fabulous country views of fields and horses. Underfloor heating throughout with quality outside lighting. Cosy Cottage in the heart of Frome

In the heart of the Frome conservation area and only 8 min walk from the independent shops and restaurants, this lovely quiet retreat has everything you need to enjoy Frome with easy free parking, great social space and pets are welcome. A kitchen diner with sofa and breakfast bar that opens onto the private sunny garden plus a separate dining room and lounge with wood burning stove. With two double and single bedrooms, plus a full size comfy sofa bed and a roll top bath perfect for relaxing.

A countryside annex in 1.2 acres

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Sitting in 1.2 acres of countryside, enjoy the quiet charm of watching woodpeckers and deer. This place is tranquil and relaxing but only 10 miles from Bath and within easy reach of many tourist attractions including Longleat and Stourhead. A self contained accommodation it consists of one bedroom and large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests.

Beechwood Studio - quiet, cosy, close to town

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The cottage is decorated to a high standard,light and airy and looking out over open countryside With its own patio area for al Fresco dining in warmer weather Bordering the beautiful Longleat estate it is possible to cycle through the park Close to Bath, Bristol and Wells. Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.
