Carl was very accommodating and helped book another one of his units, when our group had to extend our stay. I would definitely love to stay again!

We had an excellent 4 night stay in Erin's place. It's only about a mile from old town, which was really handy. The fenced backyard was very handy for our puppy. The apt was clean and comfortable and was well apportioned with coffees, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Everything worked as it should!

Clean house convenient to town and local shops. Parking off the street was close to the house and easily accessible.

Lovely stay in a quiet, private space close to Old Town, the Bosque (for daily walking and cycling), and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Erin was so easy to communicate with, she was responsive when we had questions and respectful of our privacy. I highly recommend this comfortable space; it's large enough for 2 people - and more if it's a short stay. Parking is easy, but you can also leave your car behind as it's a pretty walkable area.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean and so nicely decorated – it really felt like a home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like having a variety of toiletries and even a well-stocked spice rack available. It definitely made settling in and cooking so much easier. On top of all that, the host was incredibly communicative and friendly, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for place to stay!

Thomas is a good communicator, extremely kind and wonderfully knowledgable about all things to explore in Albuquerque (Spaceship Houses...who knew). The Casita's location is quiet, with a good shower/bath, laundry, (washer and dryer, ironing board and iron). I felt completely safe. Plenty of USB ports, built right into the night tables in the bedroom. Lots of extra blankets! I'd stay there again - anytime!

Dan provides an excellent Airbnb experience—he’s friendly, proactive, and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person during my session downstairs at Lumen, where he made the entire experience both educational and relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended—don’t miss out on the Lumen experience while your there!

We enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as a few spices, etc. We were a bit surprised to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher but otherwise everything was great! Would stay here again.

Agiola’s apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with many southwestern decorative touches. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to the museum complex and Old Town. Agiola responded quickly to requests and offered suggestions of things to do, since museums, shops and restaurants were closed because of the COVID-19 virus. The bed is super comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom is well stocked with good quality towels and toiletries. We always enjoyed coming back to this cozy apartment after a day of hiking or driving around.

Very cute apartment. Great location for visiting University of New Mexico. Will plan on staying here again to come visit my kiddo.

I am a traveling healthcare professional and stayed in this apartment for 4 months. This unit was perfect - I felt right at home throughout my stay. It looks just like the photos and has a good amount of natural light to brighten up the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you need. The shower water pressure was excellent. The unit has a huge back yard. The hosts were amazing and super responsive to any of my needs. There is a reserved parking spot for the unit as well. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment.

We chose Gary’s place due to its proximity to family.We found the place to be very comfortable, with all amenities as described and served us well during our visit. Very safe neighborhood and easy to reach from the highway. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Martha’s place three times. Martha is an amazing host and the townhouse is very clean and well stocked. We’ve meet a few of the neighbors and they’ve all been very nice to us. We met her husband as well and he was very kind. Martha is extremely communicative and flexible. It’s easy to park in front and we’ve never had a problem parking on the street. It seems like every time we stay it is cleaner and updated with household goods. It’s very conveniently located and feels safe enough. Unfortunately the entire City is gotten more dangerous so it’s becoming harder to find a completely safe neighborhood. We would be happy to stay there again.

It was very easy to check in. The dog park was great and very clean. There was a small back patio area that was appreciated as well. Everything was clean and met our expectations.

I rented this place for a niece that was in town. They were so accommodating and kind. It was very close to my home the perfect location and spotless.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Great place for us to stay, it was perfect.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! Honestly, probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. The place was very clean and elegant but had character. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. Plus the hot tub was a bonus. :) I would definitely book again if ever in the area.

My daughter and I had an epic time and not being from the city and a little scared of how to navigate it the host helped us out so much with suggestions. Felt very safe and the pool/hot tub was amazing! Visited with some people that live there full time and everyone was so friendly! Definitely our go to place anytime we have volleyball tournaments or family getaways in Albuquerque again!
