Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Casita Azul is a cozy studio guesthouse perfect for solo travelers, couples, or traveling nurses. Enjoy your own private space with a comfy bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. Conveniently located near downtown Albuquerque, hospitals, restaurants, and local breweries, this casita offers both comfort and charm, a quiet retreat close to everything you need.
