The place was exactly as described. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great for walking or getting local public transport.

The Matthiol serviced apartments are very nice. The apartment has modern furnishings, large fully equipped kitchen and immaculately clean. Our unit had a view of the Matterhorn too. Portier service from the Zermatt train station to the apartment was included and much appreciated. Future renters should be aware that Zermatt is a walking town and there is a bit of a hike up from the street to the apartment. We were all able bodied, so it wasn't an issue for us, but for those less able, a place on the flat section of Zermatt might be a better choice. We figured out the best way to get to the ski lifts from the apartment and we carried our ski boots and then put our shoes in a backpack while skiing. There are lockers available if you don't want to carry your walking shoes. The hot tub, steam and sauna were nice to have after skiing, but be aware that you will need to reserve your one-hour time slot by signing the sheet when you arrive. I highly recommend the Mattiol apartments!

Amazing house, amazing host. Clean, convenient, and Luc was beyond helpful with everything. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Hope to return again in the future :)

Wir hatten das Appartement für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt gebucht. Buchung und Informationen im Vorfeld waren schnell und gut. Für unseren speziellen Fall war die Lage super, weil die Arbeitsstätte gut erreichbar war. Zimmer und Haus sind sehr gut und wie beschrieben. Bei Gelegenheit buchen wir gern wieder.

Niccolo and family was very helpful with the questions, requests, recommendations and transport. Apartment is very nice, shining clean, automated windows. Walking distance to several restaurants, SuperStore supermarket and Gallarate train station. Will stay again for return return trip back to Milan. Highly recommended.

The apartment is conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to stores, sites and Everything else. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The management team is pleasant and very responsive. It was very hot when we stayed due to a heat wave, however, the place was equipped with two fans that worked well. I would recommend this property.

Superbe appartement aménagé avec soin dans un lieu magique

Dire que nous avons été enchanté n’est pas assez fort. Le logement est situé dans une résidence privée, lounge commun en rez-de-chaussée, laverie, toilettes, sauna (fermé à cette période) local à ski (pour l’hiver), double ascenseur spacieux, couloirs larges et silencieux. L’appartement est idéalement situé en coin avec deux belles porte fenêtres donnant sur une grande terrasse chacune avec vue sur la vallée et les montagnes et vue sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc pour l’autre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, plaque vitro céramique neuve, lave linge et lave vaisselle, un excellent micro-onde et un grand frigo avec compartiment congélateur. Les chambres sont très bien et fonctionnelles, WC et salle de bains séparés. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la télécabine, et quelques minutes à pied du centre de Saint-Gervais. Votre logement était tout simplement incroyable - propre, confortable et accueillant. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la propreté et la sérénité de l'endroit. Tout était parfaitement rangé et décoré avec goût, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et apaisante qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. La literie était confortable et les équipements modernes ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je tiens à vous remercier encore une fois pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour rendre notre séjour aussi agréable. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, aber auch die Aare und die Altstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Great location within 25 minutes walking distance to the train station and 30 minutes to the centre of Zürich. Also lots of public transport options nearby for a shorter journey. The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The area felt safe and had lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Zürich.
